3 times I ordered in person and they can't get my 5 year old order right. Then I pre-ordered online for 11-11:15am pick up. When I arrived and asked about my order it was like I inconveniencing them and my order was NOT ready! I'll NEVER return to that location.

Will not be eating here anymore. Today the three teens that were at the store had the mask hanging under the nose. One teen kept touching his mask with the plastic gloves. Why? I was a teen too. Please don't touch your mask and then someone's food. Not right. I hope management sees this.

This is crazy. I go to Jimmy John's all the time and I always get the peppers on the side because I have sensory issues. But this location would not even allow me to pay for the FREE peppers to be put on the side because they refused because of management rules. That's insane. I will never come here again. It's freaking peppers. Yall crazy

I had a disappointing experience with this Jimmy Johns recently. After arriving home last week expecting to find a #5 and #6 sandwich in my bag, I found a half-finished sandwich with chopped lettuce and some turkey in the wrapping labeled #6. There was no cheese or tomatoes on the sandwich, just a few slices of turkey on the lettuce. When I returned this week I told the same two counter people about this and the boy started smiling. I asked him if he thought this was funny and he said well he didn't see how that could possibly have happened. I suggested that he put the wrong sandwich in the bag and he started to laugh. I will never go in this store again, and would advise to do the same. He was sarcastic, rude and incompetent. Jimmy Johns, this counter boy was poorly trained.

I decided to stop by here and get us some sammies for the road on our way to a White Sox game. I'm used to the freaky fast service Jimmy John's advertises, as I've been to many other JJs around the Chicagoland area. Staff was friendly and respectful but service was quite slow and my #12 (Turkey, Avocado, and Provolone) came with NO avocado. I'm Puerto Rican and I LIVE for avocado so that's pretty much a cardinal sin. Haha! Other than that, Eric's sandwich was just fine.

The entire reason I order Jimmy John's delivery is when I need food delivered and quickly. The past 2 times I have ordered from this location (Harlem Ave in Elmwood park), it has taken over an hour to arrive. Last time I thought it was a fluke, so I tried them again, but it happened again today. I called after 30 minutes and was told they had no way of giving me an ETA. So I then said to cancel my order. Suddenly he was able to tell me "15-20 minutes, our drivers just walked in". That was now 30 minutes ago. The app says my order went out for delivery about 25 minutes ago. But it's nowhere to be found. This is a giant pain in the ass when you are ordering because you are on a time crunch. What a mess it must be in that place.

This place sucks! 1-1/2 hours to delivery. And no apology or explanation. But whats even worse is when I sent an email complaint to corporate office, they never replied. Not a word. Jimmy Johns treats customers like crap and their products are mediocre at best. Go anywhere than this shitshow.
