After seeing Indigo at a wedding in 2019 and then attending a multitude of other events with lackluster DJs - we knew we had to have them for our daughter's bat mitzvah 6 years later! Wow, did Kendall and the entire band deliver! Not only was Kendall a pleasure to work with (kind, responsive, great communication), but he really listened to the vibe our daughter wanted - Taylor, Chappell, and Sabrina. The dance floor was hopping the entire party - everyone from ages 3 to 77 was out there! All night long, guests would come up to me saying "wow, the band is really good!" On top of the music, Kendall is ​​just a great human. He MCed an open mic for my daughter, graciously handled the over-zealous cousins, and even picked up the wandering 3 year old mid song and didn't miss a beat. I could go on and on about how amazing Indigo was - definitely book them for your event. You will not be disappointed.

Indigo was the band we chose for our Chicago wedding at Salvage One. We cannot say enough great things about Indigo - they made all our wedding band dreams come true! The band is lead by the incredibly talented Kendall Nesbitt, who kept all of our guests on the dance floor (including himself) all night long, curating a set list that perfectly matched our music taste (Motown, oldies and pop). He delivered the BEST version of "Shout!" (with a mashup of Bob Marley's Three Little Birds!) we have ever heard. Some guests who typically do not prefer that song were raving about it. Each band member and singer were also insanely talented - Noah perfectly sang our first dance song "Forever You and Me". We also would be remiss to not mention the solo guitar during our ceremony too. They were able to perfectly learn and play versions of songs we requested for the processional. If you are looking for a high energy, fun wedding band, we highly recommend working with Arlen, specifically Indigo. "Worth every penny." - A happy father of the bride. Thanks Arlen/Indigo!

Still sitting on cloud 9 after my daughters' wedding. We heard this band "Evolution" was good but they went beyond the expectations. Incredible experience. Amazing musicianship! The way they seamlessly went from one tune to another kept the dance floor rocking!

My daughter was supposed to get married in November of 2020. Due to Covid her wedding was cancelled 3 times. We had given a deposit to Arlen Music of almost $6000, along with several deposits to other vendors. Arlen music was the only one that didn't return any of our money. They did offer some other dates but none of them worked for our family. Due to my aging parents my daughter decided to get married at the courthouse in January of 2021 and we had a small get together at a later date. I recently called Tim Clark, executive VP of Arlen Music, hoping we could get him to honor at least some of what we had paid him. My dad, who is a WW11 and purple heart veteran is turning 100 in January. We spoke to someone at Arlen to get some ideas of what we could get for a budget of $6000. We chose a Quartet that was priced at around $3100. We were willing to settle for the loss and move on. Tim said that he doesn't owe us anything but in honor of my dad's service he would give us a 10% discount. As if I would ever do business with a man of such low or nonexistent morals. BUYER BEWARE. I strongly advise to stay away from this business.

I cannot say enough good things about Evolution--they were absolutely incredible for our special day! From the moment they started playing, they brought an unbelievable energy that kept the dance floor packed all night. Their talent, professionalism, and ability to read the crowd made the night feel so magical to us. Every song was performed flawlessly, and they even took the time to learn our special requests, which meant so much to us. So many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding band they've ever seen. Truly unforgettable--thank you for making our day so special!

I loved what I saw of Indigo so much that I was basically fangirling - yes, for a wedding band! My then-fiance agreed that, even though every Ken Arlen band seemed awesome, Indigo was truly special. It boasts 4 singers, who each bring something unique to the table. This in turn makes it quite easy to have a variety of styles, which then puts people on the dance floor. Dan is also very receptive to others' ideas, and brainstorming with him is a lot of fun, since he is passionate about all things musical. We thought that our entrance music could be the theme from The Simpsons, but he politely said that it might be too hard since it's very orchestral and involves so many instruments. Well, what do you know? After we entered to another choice that we also loved (as did many there), the 30 Rock theme, he and his crew surprised us with the theme from The Simpsons when we walked up to cut our cake! Talk about a surprise - and the best of both worlds. I also requested a song from a boyband that is not that well known in the US (unfairly I think!), and Dan introduced it with some humor. The singers had two from their website out, but the other two who were there certainly worked well with the other singers. They harmonized well and each sang in a beautiful, rich way, evoking the elegance and fun we had hoped to bring to our reception. I made sure to talk to them beforehand and to thank them, and they were all very kind - passionate about what they do and humble as artists who seek different opportunities to hone their craft. Thank you to Indigo for what we knew was going to be wonderful.

I recently hired Indigo to play at my daughters wedding in Munster, Indiana for 425 guests. They absolutely killed it!! Literally did not leave the dance floor the entire evening. They were professional and fun and really got the crowd into it. I would highly recommend them for a wedding reception or similar event.

Oh what a night! Indigo was amazing! Our wedding guests were so impressed with them - from the jazz trio during dinner to the high energy music that kept everyone on the dance floor. Kendall knows how to start a party and keep it going until the end of the evening! Their range of music and ability to play to our guests was so impressive. We are so glad that we decided to select the 11 piece band - the horn section was fantastic! And then they ended the evening with a private dance for the bride and groom that was so special. They are definitely a five star band! A big thanks to Kendall and Indigo for a very special evening!

We hired Entourage (part of Ken Arlen Orchestra) for our wedding day. This band literally ROCKED. Aside from getting married, the band was the best part of the day. After the wedding, we were approached by countless people about the band and saying that this was the best wedding band they had seen. Entourage was great to work with (Leslie is there point person and AWESOME). They coordinated with our venue without a hitch and learned several songs to play at the reception. Absolutely extraordinary and a no-brainer for your wedding day!
