TL; DR: Exactly how you expect Chilis to be!! Get the triple dipper Took a little bit to get seated, but once we were in a booth, then we were able to order. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla always hit and the burger was delicious. The Triple Dipper is a great price for what you're given. I was full to the brim and happy after having it!

Was very impressed. Our waitress was excellent which was more than a person can ask and the food delicious. It's a beautiful restaurant and we had a great time.

While in Evanston, we like to come to Chili's. The whole dining experience feels comfortable. I like the decor- the little figurines give Chili's a family friendly vibe. It looks fun. Some may not see this, as the figurines have been placed near the kitchen. I ordered the salmon. I like the salmon, however, the vegetables tasted a bit salty for me. But over all I liked the meal. Joseph orders the steak. He said it tasted fine. Unfortunately, the menu offers limited vegetarian options. Since I follow a pescatarian diet, it took some time for me to find dietary friendly options.

I went back to see if the meal I had in December was still there. The Big Smasher. It was. And it was FANTASTIC again. All of these new burger joints open and close. For me Chilis has always been my go to for burger and fries. And at 10.99 (drink, burger/fries, chips and salsa) it's a steal. I ask for the chips and salsa to go and it works out perfectly. This particular Chilis is well run. Very consistent.

So many issues. First, the to go order added 20% tip after I checked out with Apple Pay. Second, I received the text that my meal was ready an hour after it was ready. Third. The portion sizes are redic small for the price of the items. So disappointing bc I used to love coming to chilis. Granted it was pre covid but it Used to be so good.

I came into chilis for a quick bite and I got the triple dipper which never disappoints. I got the new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, big mouth bits and honey chipotle chicken. Everything was great. My server was nice and food came out quick.

Did a mobile order for a cookie skillet dessert. It was ready quick and the people working the to go window were very nice. The cookie itself was stale and cold... not very good. The ice cream had bits of it that were freezer burned. The hot fudge was best part about the dessert! Making wouldn't order it to go again, might just be an in person dessert to have.

Service: We entered and were immediately serviced. We were led to a booth where the tabletop was not clean. Tortilla strips dried out and stuck to the top. When looking around, other empty seats and tabletops weren't cleaned well either with one seat having rice on it, and even the walls. The waitress did come to us pretty quickly, explained the menu was wet because they clean them. I doubt that, based on what I saw above. The order was taken, and the food was churned out quickly. Food: Baked salmon. 3 stars. ( my partner gave it 3, I'd give it a 2 just for drying it out) The sauce on top doesn't make sense. And so far, we've yet to eat at a restaurant who can cook a basic piece of fish without drying it out. It's not hard. A little olive oil spray, sprinkle some Italian seasoning or whatever, and bake at 350 for 20 mins. Not difficult. Comes out great every time. The broccoli was undercooked. The brisket quesadillas were 3:5 stars. No fatty meat, which I appreciate. I was looking for savory, a little oily. But still good. And then, after 40 minutes, the waitress comes around again when I'm paying in the machine and finally asks if we're wanting dessert. The place wasn't busy. So...

Who doesn't love a Chili's Triple Dipper?? Coming to Chili's is a nostalgic experience and really reminds me of being in my hometown hanging out with my family because all Chili's have the same vibe. The food is reliably good and very filling. I always have leftovers to bring home, ie I get 2 meals for 1. A steal! Service is generally good at this Chili's, the only time I ever ran into an issue was when my server was telling us about the drinks specials and when we asked which drinks are part of the promotion, he said he'd check and then disappeared for like 20 minutes and we ended up getting our order taken by someone else and he came back telling us that the drinks we ordered weren't part of the promotion ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Not a deal breaker, it's a Chili's for gods sakes!

I came here for a team happy hour and I was actually very impressed with how much Chili's has upgraded their dining experience! I remember going when I was younger and feeling less than satisfied, but the food this time around was so much better - in taste and quality. I'm a big fan of spicy margaritas but they're never quite spicy enough - this was not a problem here, it was the perfect balance of heat and flavor. Not to mention the prices! Cannot be beat in the city. Pleasantly surprised and I will be revisiting chilis as a common spot for dining
