I did not realize I'd reviewed them so many times, but I'm keeping this one up permanently. Why? Even when I complain about cold, unseasoned fries, I still go right back and order again. This is the ONLY pizza shop I know of that has Field Roast pepperoni and Beyond Meat sausage on amazing (and well-seasoned) cheese pizza. I'm sure I confuse them by ordering vegan meat but dairy cheese. (Vegan cheese is good on grilled cheeses, but it is TERRIBLE on pizza. It's just gummy and has an aftertaste.) And the couple of times that they gave me vegan cheese (thinking it was a mistake on my end), they were quick to correct the order. So I'm not adding anymore reviews. Just assume I think they're right even when they're wrong. I brag about the pizza here ALL THE TIME, including a text chain last night that made somebody from the south side want to come to Evanston to find out what the fuss was about. It's worth the gas money!

I called Sarpino's in Evanston today at 8:40 PM and was put on hold for over five minutes. My internet was running extremely slow, so I couldn't access their website to check the menu or specials. When someone finally picked up, I politely asked what the specials were. The young man on the phone told me to "just go online and look." I explained that my internet wasn't working, and his response? "I'm too busy to tell you." Seriously? That's how you treat customers? I replied, "Great customer service," and let him know I'd be leaving a review as soon as my internet started working again. This was, hands down, the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I won't be ordering from here again -- and I'd advise others to think twice, too

this place was so rude to my friend when she tried to order food. when they delivered to the wrong address, the driver (Sarpino's own) was not understanding and yelled at her! unbelievable. she called the actual restaurant to let them know what happened and they were rude to her too! eventually got figured out but what a frustrating experience.

I order Sarpino's pizza practically every Friday for me and my family. The business fulfills delivery and curbside pickup (walk in or curbside pickup). The staff is friendly and considerate. The place has no tables but does have high tables abd chairs to either eat or wait for your order. This time I went in and it looked like new employees were there. Not as friendly, however I was able to pick up my order with no problems. I usually buy 1 topping or cheeze pizza. I also sometimes order something from their specials list, which can be found on their website or App. Plenty of Free parking, the place is located near a gas station. Thanks, Sarpinos-I will keep coming back!

I was at a neighbor's place last night where her husband ordered Sarpino's. I was impressed with how quickly they delivered (especially around 5pm on a Saturday. That's gotta be a busy time!). It was fresh and they have some interesting topping options (he ordered a shrimp Alfredo pizza. I didn't know that was a thing. Not my jam, but he and others seemed to love it). He also ordered a veggie pizza for the vegetarians (like me) who were there, which was great. The other reviews make it seem like there are some vegan options, too. I may have to order one of those for myself sometime, as pizza is the one reason I haven't gone fully vegan. If they have a great vegan pizza, maybe I can get my pizza fix that way and fully commit.

Sarpino's has gluten-free crust and vegan cheese and I can't ask for much more. When you have a special diet and have to go this route, it's not like regular cheese pizza from back in the day. I'm giving the rating I am because I am able to get my needs Matt and I am able to get food when I am on the run. Is the pizza fantastic? No. Do I care? No. I have ordered a couple of times recently and the employees have been extremely nice and fantastic and got my order right! Seriously, no complaints. I also have no pictures, so next time I'll take a photo of my GF, vegan cheese pizza!

Place sucks I just ordered from here on yelp, food supposed to be here at 2:30 I ordered an hour and 45 minutes ago, never got here, called restaurant said they don't even deliver through yelp. Don't order from here

We decided to try Sarpino's last night, and it was a huge disappointment. 1) My wife had a cheese pizza. They give you the option to have it cut in squares. I chose that option, but it wasn't cut in squares. (Yeah it's petty, but why give me an option if you're not gonna do it?) 2) I had the Buffalo Chicken Calzone. It was good, but quite small for the price. 3) I ordered a piece of chocolate mousse cake. It was not delivered. I told the delivery guy, and he said to call the restaurant. Okie doke. I called the restaurant at 7:50pm. The guy wasn't friendly. Pretty much it was MY fault the cake didn't arrive. He said he'd send one out. 8:35 rolls around. No cake. I called again. "The driver is on his way." Hangs up on me. The cake arrived shortly after. The guy picked the absolute smallest sliver of cake to give me. The thing was $7.00, and it was flipped over on its side. It was a mess, it was tiny, and I was really pissed off. Not ordering from here again. What a waste. If you want good quality food, and great customer service, stick to Rosati's, Panino's, or La Rosa.

Oh. My. God. How incompetent can a cookie cutter pizza restaurant be? Let me count the ways. 1. Food arrived late. 2. Pizza arrived cold. 3. Pasta arrived cold. 4. Pizza order was messed up, so they added another small pizza apparently to compensate but we didn't order a baby pizza so... nice try. 5. To top it off, jalapeño poppers arrived FULLY F-ING UNCOOKED. RAW. INEDIBLE. HEALTH DEPARTMENT VIOLATION UNCOOKED. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS DISASTER OF A "RESTAURANT."
