Ambiance: First, it was quiet, extremely clean. I don't think I've seen a cleaner place! Menu was easy to navigate, the ingredients were fresh! Service: Si was our assistant and they were amazing, positive attitude, super helpful when answering questions. Definitely would come again. I usually order delivery and this was our first time coming in.

Ordered the caramelized garlic steak bowl for my husband (since he saw it on the Sweetgreen website and said it looked amazing) via Grubhub and it was delivered very quickly. However once it arrived, it was ice cold and about half the size as advertised.... He had to nuke it in the microwave and eat a second dinner. For almost $20, (and more with our delivery fees), this is absolutely not an appropriate amount of food to receive for what you are paying. It's a shame because it is tasty, but needless to say I don't think we will be back unless this issue is fixed for delivery orders.

I wasn't sure what I was really getting myself into, but I greatly enjoyed my first time at Sweetgreen. Its basically Chipotle, but if they only did salads. I was greatly impressed by the menu and the place looked super clean. I went with the Chicken Avocado without apples. It looks like you can customize quite a bit which was nice. I trusted the guy to put on enough dressing. I said that I like a good amount and he pulled through. The ingredients all seemed fresh and I really liked what I ate. It was a little weird at first with all the stuff, but it came out well! If I were to give it any criticism, this place isn't particularly cheap or fast. My bowl was over $15 which is a little much, but the portions are pretty large. Because of the customization, this place takes forever to order. Also, since the menu is so big, most workers can't remember all the ingredients so they have to refer to a cheat sheet. Not a problem, but lunch hour is quick! It also seemed like they had alot of workers, but only three working the front. I will surely be back, but I might treat this place as a little bit of a special occasion. They also don't have a large drink variety which is a little odd. Looks like they had some vegetarian options as well. Maybe for Lent? Nice to change it up from the cheese pizza!

The salads are good. Not especially cheap, but a very good value for the generous portion you get. Folks complaining about the price, I don't know where you're going to beat it. I recommend pick up or eat in. Once U order delivery, quality control suffers. My one complaint is slow service. To the management, no one should be waiting for a few minutes when there is no line. If you have one person working the line, the second someone is waiting, have an assigned second person hop on. Many times I have waited much longer than expected.

The woman helping me was so kind, and the ambiance was lovely. Very clean and the food was delicious-- I'd definitely recommend the maple glazed brussel sprouts, but everything there is delicious!

My daughter really wanted Sweetgreens and I didn't want to drive to willow road so gave Evanston one more try. Will be the last nothing changed 1 person making salads taking money didn't change flavors. 1 hour to get our salads as I watched 6 customers walk out as the 1 worker was overwhelmed and made the wrong salad. I asked for the bbq chicken salad. She made me buffalo. What happened to the mission statement at this location?? Pathetic

I used to love sweet greens. But my last few visits have resulted in disappointment as my salad has been incomplete. I suggest you watch them carefully make your salad or double check it when picking up before leaving. Most recently, I ordered the chicken pesto parm and when I checked it there was no chicken and regular breadcrumbs instead of the z'atar breadcrumbs. Previously I ordered in person only to learn they were out of the z'atar breadcrumbs and pesto dressing. So I walked out empty handed. Additionally, the spicy broccoli mix is no longer flavorful. As the prices have gone up, the attention to service has dropped as well as the quality of food has gone down. When paying 15+ for a salad, I expect (and would hope) for better.

Used to be good, but food quality and availability of ingredients has really gone down. Not sure if under new management but can't get what I want any more. Inconsistent and small portions when ingredients are available. One of the employees was rude to me -- just overall not a good experience. Generally a fan of SG, just not this location recently.

Worth driving to other Sweet Greens locations. Avoid the Evanston location. Bowl not even half full. Workers don't care - they just dump a scoop in. Constant substitutions. Not worth the price. Consistent great treatment/customer service/adequate portions in Deerfield - been there 4x and Northbrook. Quality and consistency anywhere but Evanston

I went to sweetgreen for the first time. I knew they served healthier options, but I wasn't really sure what to expect. After reviewing the menu, I chose the bbq chicken salad. I requested my dressings on the side. I ended up only using the one. I enjoyed the food and found it very filling. I ordered in the shop. One staff member was taking orders, and the other 3 were chopping veggies. My only concern on my visit was that the music was super loud, and the staff kept repeating himself while preparing my order. I would recommend.
