The food was too salty. New staff and not enough focus on cooking the meal. Service was good but I wasted 25 dollars on food i couldn't eat.

I don't frequent Wingstop Evanston that much but by the picture of only the fries and not the wings, one can tell I loved the wings because I dont have a picture of them - lol. Parking is sometimes hard however one can park in small parking area then walk into the place. I usually get the 6 piece combo of Wings, Fries and a drink. Fries are plentiful and fantastic, enough for leftovers. One can order wings for parties online with a timed pick up. Great wing flavors for all.

It's always a bit tricky deciding whether to tip for carryout, especially since it feels different from tipping at a full-service restaurant where servers rely on tips due to lower base pay. This time, I did leave a tip, but the experience left me questioning it. When I walked in, one employee ignored me entirely, and the other simply asked for my name and handed me my bag--no acknowledgment, no warmth, nothing. It was one of the most impersonal pickup experiences I've ever had. Given that Wingstop's food isn't exactly amazing to begin with, it's disappointing that the customer service doesn't make up for it.

I have been ordering from this place for many years, but today I ordered pick up, when I got home the wings were chewy and appeared to be uncooked, feeling uncomfortable eating them I called the store and spoke with a supervisor, I explained the problem and he straight out told me I was wrong, that the wings could be chewy but not uncooked because he uses a timer, I went back to the store and showed the supervisor a pice of chewy and slimy pice of chicken I had on a napkin, and he then continued stating he was correct on his statement I was wrong and he told me he was going to return my money, but the food was fine, the only problem he said was the the wings were chewy. No I don't know if can handle another interaction with this type of management, so more like I won't go back.

Ordered online and food was ready when I got there. Staff is young and quieter but still friendly. Parking is easy as they are in a large strip mall and there is plenty of parking. Food is good, love the fries and ranch!

Good luck trying to place and order at this location. It takes them at least 15 minutes to come to the phone if they answer at all. If your are successful in placing an order, they'll act like they don't know what you're talking about when you come to pick it up.....go to another location

We've been regular and frequent customers but the service has dropped significantly. They've twice left items out of our order and when we called the first time no one answered. The second time they offered to put one missing item, but not the other on our credit. The bags have come sloppy and grease spilling out and customer service is abysmal. Love the food, but we'll frequent a different location from now on. For $2.50 item they lost a frequent customer.

The sauce: Their Atomic wing sauce gives new meaning to hot. Its not your typical super concentrated vinegar "hot" taste. Its like they've taken powdered cayenne & chili pepper and mixed them into a tangy, chunky marinade. The result is a stinging hot, which leaves you taste buds swelling with grief and you wet with sweat. The counter ladies were saying most people come back to complain that its too hot and too spicy. Try the sauce first people, they will allow you to sample it. (The taste is like "Indian" hot pickle) Their next two flavors, Cajun and Original are the same except with Cajun they've dusted the wings over with spicy Cajun seasonings. Original is your typical hot vinegar flavor with a bright reddish color. Which stains your fingers! So wash your hands and use plenty of soap and hot water. Seriously, there is a pinkish residue left on your fingers. I dined in. Kinda pricey for wings. Two people, food and a beer $21 and some change. They carry bottled beer (wide selection) and fountain drinks. Fries are good, steak fries, almost tangy(they definitely use new oil). A few things which didn't work for me: The music was so odd. They have TVs playing sports and the music is all 80's elevator style. I asked the manager about it, she simply stated that the 80's were an awesome time for her. Can't complain with that. Still, how about playing something your customers would like to hear? Having always been a Buffalo Wild wings customer for my "wing fix", I found the change good. But, in the future I would only order take out.

Wings are great....BUT...ordered for Super Bowl online, 2 days in advance and had to wait along with about 25 other angry people while the manager and crew finished an order for 700 wings. My order was an hour late and another customer was waiting 90 minutes. The manager refused to turn the football game on the tv's, which was ridiculous. My recommendation would be stop taking so many orders when you cannot fill the ones you have already. The staff of young people were overwhelmed and took a lot of heat from people trying to make the pickup and go watch the game. The manager is ultimately responsible for this fiasco and should've turned the game on and offered people some sort of discount or at least a free beverage while waiting.
