Service was horrible, African America woman who worked at 7:45 pm on 6/21/25 that claimed to be a manager argued with me about receiving all the food I purchased although I was missing 20 wings ....she decide to be combative and argue with a customer and call the police because she doesn't understand the proper procedure when the employees makes a mistake.

Time after time, this restaurant continuously gets orders completely wrong. It's not even explainable atp but year after year this location seizes to get better. The community that frequents this location should demand better service and standards from this franchise. If I could I would give this place a ZERO. DONT come here, unless you want to waste your time. Noticed the new BBW GO earlier this week and decided to order for pick up today. Placed my order at 434pm and was advised pickup was at 509pm. Checked the food tracker at 500pm stated food was being prepared. Got to restaurant at 510pm and the tracker had disappeared, ok great food must be ready. Go in food still being prepared, wait in the car until 520 go back in food still being prepared, back to car, back in at 530 guess what? YEP food still being prepared. 538 PM I'm given my food. Food was good, hot and fresh no complaints with the food. But the wait is ridiculous, either update the tracker or provide more realistic wait times.

Should be called "Buffalo Wild Wings NO!" Because no one will answer the phone to take your order, only to put you on hold several times... My wife called this location to place and order. The cashier answered the phone and says please hold. 2nd time cashier comes back to the phone and says the same thing. 3rd time.... Same thing totally 13+ minutes. So I decided to call at the same time from my phone and was placed on hold for 16+ min. On the cashier finally asked, took my order. I politely asked her to speak to a manager, and guess what she says?????? Please hold...... do yourself a favor and get your chicken from somewhere else.

I ordered delivery from here yesterday via DoorDash. I have the DashPass and saw that DoorDash has an exclusive partnership with Doritos. This location serves Doritos Flamin' Hot wings in both traditional and boneless. I ordered 10 traditional wings and 10 boneless wings. The sauce was unlike anything I've had before -- it has the spicy kick and Doritos flavor to it, but it's also gooey and a little sweet where it might be mixed with a bit honey. I was able to handle the spice, but it's not really something I'd want on the regular. I still prefer the regular medium spice level Buffalo sauce -- call me basic. I also ordered a side of cheese curds. I'd recommend that you try this flavor at least once, since it's limited time, and it also comes with a bag of Doritos flamin' hot chips.
