My homegirl & I came here earlier this yr for drinks after work. Service was slow & bht the bartender we had was so good. Its been on our list to come back. We finally got a chance to come back a few weeks ago. And our bud Josiah (not sure if i spelled it right) was working again. He was the only bartender that night & the bar was full. Nethertheless he managed & made sure everyone was tended to. *I ordered food & the runner dropped 1 of my 4 quesadillas & didnt say anything either. I had to let the bartender know & he got it squared away. Now when we walked in there was a manager standing at the host stand with another employee. We wanted bar seating however there were several seats at the bar that needed to be cleared & cleaned. We walked up & the manager walked over briefly but did not make a move to help buss the tables to clear them for guest. Instead she handed out crayons & fundraiser coloring sheets to the pair sitting next to us. After the seat finally got cleared we sat & surely enough she came over to us with the crayons & sheets also. I expected a MANAGER to do better. Your staff is swapped, the restaurant looks a mess & guests are waiting. You are not above basic work. The ONLY reason I even consider coming back to this location is b/c of the bartender. He's cool & personable especially after a long 12hr shift.

We decided to come here because we were in the area and hungry. Service: not so good the server never did introduce herself and we were apprehensive to bother her as she parked herself in a booth while on her phone. We had to ask for napkins and clean utensils a couple of times. Food: Bland bland bland, Hubbie ordered the pick 3 and the server said they're out of chipotle sauce she never offered another sauce which I asked after order was placed. He said the food did not have any flavor. I always get the fajitas chicken and steak which did not taste like I'm use to chilies fine grilled taste. Well I asked the kitchen staff and they no longer grill the meat so it just tastes like processed chicken from a plastic bag, he stated he will put a suggestion to go back to char- grilled meat! They were also short staffed today our neighbors also had complaints.

It's not the staff. Let me start there. When we got helped by our server she was exceptional. But you can tell this location is severely understaffed. I don't know if it's because they can't find people to work or they haven't tried. But I feel bad for how hard the current staff has to work. The restaurant is loud and to many tables were messy. The food was warm and tasted as you expected. Nothing bad and nothing over the top. Our experience wasn't great. Probably wouldn't go back. Very chaotic location. Again it's not the staffs fault the door greeter was on point and so was service. But you can tell they are over worked and doing their best.

Always understaffed. Never enough servers, bartenders, runners or cooks. You will wait forever for subpar food. Drive someplace else for a better experience.

Whole restaurant needs new staff. Manager was rude when I discussed my food was cold. I ordered a appetizer and waited 45 mins for it to come out. When our food came out all dishes was cold. I ordered the fajitas trio all the meat was cold and shells was broken. The waiter was rude to us from the start and she gave all her other guests their food first before us. I believe she waited to give us our food until it was cold. Terrible service never going to this restaurant again.

I order $42.80 of food check# 980178 it was horrible, this was the worst food I had this year from a restaurant! I am mad as hell to spend this much money on takeout and food tasted horrible. Just to say, I will not be eating or buying anything else from your restaurant ever again. Food cost too much to be tasting horrible bad, I wouldn't gave it to a dog! I am very disappointed with Chilli today!!!

It is Father's Day and it wasn't busy when we came in here. We waited half and hour just to be greeted after being seated. We got our drinks an hour after being sat. Once my drinks came mine wasn't right so the manager took it away and never came back to offer a replacement. My dad and I had to get up multiple times just to get service. The waitress never came back to the table after we talked with the manager. We got here at 1:20pm. It is now 3:16pm and no one has come and gave us our bill. My broccoli had a heap of salt on it. We got here at 1:20pm we did not get our food until 2:40pm it is now 3:16pm and I'm still waiting on our check this has been the worst dining experience ever. The manager never returned either upon talking to one of the employees she told me the manager got caught in the kitchen. KIA came to the rescue and got us checked out and addressed our issues.

The host was awesome and the waiter Monique was great the food was god we had my dad 86 birthday parties here and the commendation was great the manager was so nice everything was good food drinks was delicious thank you
