I wish this could be about the food, but it's not. I went in there the evening of 6/12 with my two kids to grab dinner. Upon walking up to the counter to order, the three workers there all kind of scattered and walked away, going behind various areas hidden from sight. Approximately a minute later, one worker did came back out, but just wandered aimless for a few seconds before tending to cooking food. A second worker came out shortly thereafter, walked towards the register, then turned back around and walked away. After approximately 4 minutes of zero acknowledgment, we gave up and left.

Grabbed a quick dinner tonight, ordered for pick up. There is not a designated pick-up spot, so you speak to the employee regarding pick up. The employee stood and just looked at me, not a word was spoken. Finally, I said pick up and was able to grab my food. I dont expect a full greeting, but "how can I help you would be nice" The space was clean and new and my order was ready when I arrived. I ordered a salad bowl, but they left out the lettuce. The bowl was pretty full and tasty. Also, I received almost a full cup of vinaigrette. I appreciate that. I also had guacamole that was not edible it was WAY too salty. The chips were also too salty. Hopefully, things improve as the employees get accustomed to making the food, and hopefully, managers jump in to do some quality control so that we continuously get a delicious product.

1 star is generous. This was the worst chipotle experience I've ever had. Quality was poor, an overwhelming amount of hot sauce & I don't think the gentleman making my burrito has ever had one nor wrapped one before because this looked like a soccer ball and fell apart after two bites. Go somewhere else.

This location is out of several items on a regular basis , hard taco shells , black beans and guacamole just to name a few . It's not worth stopping by because they will not have what you want . Going to chicago ridge from now on.

This is the worst chipotle I've ever walked into. As I'm writing this, I'm eating my bowl that is lettuce, chicken, and rice. They were out of everything else at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday. Unbelievable. Workers are so crabby.

Worst chipotle I've been too!! -Food was not fresh -server ran out of cheese, lettuce, guacamole and other things and he had nobody else help him refill containers for him so of course he used whatever was left in them and serve small portions to 3 burrito bowls. -supervisor instantly when we walked in seemed bothered. -they don't even speak to you just stare to start your order. -No pops -No Co2 Shut this place down!!

This location is beyond hopeless. They're consistently out of basic ingredients, and corporate has ignored every complaint I've filed. I walked in today only to be greeted with, "We don't have half our menu items right now." The workers here clearly don't care - they're not special or unique compared to staff at other Chipotle locations that actually prioritize feeding their communities. If they can't handle operating hours, they should close by 8 or 9 PM instead of half-heartedly staying open.
