I use to go to this mcdonald's, pre-2020 days and actually enjoyed it and knew the staff cared. Couple years ago I went and my food order was always wrong. So, I stop going because who wants remade food every time. Last year, I tried again, and ordered my favorite a quarter pounder meal. I received to bottom buns, which is quite different from the advertisement. Also, I requested cheese and ketchup only on my meal. When I mentioned it to staff about the buns and my burger having all the topping, they said, o the guy doesn't speak English we are training him. They scraped off the extra toppings gave me the correct buns with no ketchup, just plain. Am I wrong in my thinking, when you request food a certain way, it usually means you don't like or want the other extra toppings or could possibly have a food allergy. (Scrapping food off a burger, as if you can't taste the scrapped off toppings). VERY UNSANITARY to take food back from a customer in a car, and go back into a area well other customers food is being prepared. (scrapping and discarding food). Well tonight my daughter requested a order of fries, even though I advised against it. Hey, it's Thanksgiving eve, I haven't been here this whole 2024 year why not. Plus it's only fries, they can't mess that up. Well like a fool, I decided not only to stop and get my daughter fries, I decided to join grab a fry to. The fries were hot and salted perfectly. As I drove home eating my fries, all of sudden I seen a long string of some sort on my pinky finger. I asked my daughter to look at my finger, what is that. She replied "o mom its just your previously chewed gum stuck on the outside of the bag. Well readers, I haven't had gum today! Never the less, NEVER AGAIN will this mcdonald's get a coin from me. HOW DISGUSTINGLY GROSS to think that the young lady working the drive-thru, possibly took her gum out of her mouth with bare hands and attempted to throw it away. Unfortunately she possibly let some on her hands and decided to clean it off with the bag she put our fries in. Or do they deliberately mess with customers at this location and put their chewed up gum on customers bags before they hand them out. Either way, I can not express enough how I will never EVER ever ever go there again. (not even for the bathroom). The store might as well be closed down. Imagine that happening to you and your child. Or your young child chewing gum and your trying to figure out where the gum came from.

The coffee here was great for years, as good as anywhere. This past few days it has been undrinkable. Please bring back the great coffee you used to serve.

Only stop in quickly for coffee in this brand new location I remember driving by what would be the new establishment that was going up quickly right after the Krispy Kreme donut had begun to operate This location is in Evergreen and it is undergoing lots of renovation lots of new tenants companies and businesses patronizing this area I like it because they also have security it's a gas station as I mention mention Krispy Kreme is here along with Menards Michaels Meijer just to name a few I can't wait to see what other things pop up at this location I also noticed a sign that they were offering free Wi-Fi which I think is awesome I don't really eat McDonald's food too often but I still will come for the ice cream the pies and of course the coffee enjoy the new location

I ordered a crispy chicken original with lettuce and cheese. I received the sandwich without cheese and it was sloppily prepared. I asked about the. Cheese before the young man handed the bag to me from the window. He shook his head yes. When I got the sandwich, I saw it had no cheese and upon reviewing the receipt, it was not noted. I blew the car horn and they opened the window and I told them about not having the cheese, and they asked for the receipt. I acknowledged it was not on the receipt but told them I had ordered it and gave them the sandwich and the fries back, which was in the bag. They again asked if I wanted the cheese, and I loudly stated yes. They gave me the sandwich back which you could easily see the sandwich was pulled apart and the cheese was added. The presentation was awful. The lettuce and tomato was everywhere but on the sandwich. One issue is it appears there may be a language or they are hard of hearing issue in addition to them having a lack of knowledge in sandwich preparation. I am never going back even if it were the last place standing to get something to eat. One star given only because I could not post the review without entering something However, they are truly a subzero

My experience with this MvDonald's was very disrespectful. I went to the drive thru of this establishment to purchase a pop. The Litlle Girl laughed when she gave me a lid that was not even appropriate for the cup. When I did get the correct top got my pop. She told me to move in an inappropriate manner. The manager said that she was going to speak with her. This McDonald's lacks customer service. This McDonald's should not be open for business if this is how they are going to treat their customers. Raising Kane's is right up the street if the managers are going to continue to all staff to inappropriately treat the customer. I would like a personal call from the GM to assure that your staff member that disrespected me be disciplined. I will follow up @ take it to Corporate if I have to. You don't know who you serve.
