My reservation was confirmed. I drove out to this location because they had cars available on their website. When I arrived, the manager said there was nothing available and left me with no way to get home for the holiday.

I usually stay away from writing negative reviews though this company is an exception. They ask you for a down payment of 300 dollars in case of any damage and basically take the whole thing. Unless you want to spend 400 dollars for a day of driving, id suggest maybe looking at another company before hand.

Very professional, efficient, and expedient. I loved how they brought me the car to the collision shop, and when I returned the rental, they dropped me back off at the collision shop. Excellent service

Had an appointment to pick up a car for an insurance claim,I talked to them they promised me a car. left work early, drove 1.5 hours to get there. When I got there NO CAR unless i paid for an upgrade 25 a day. No follow up or anything. Very disappointing. Nice that they are doing so well that they can throw away customers

Rented a truck at this location!!! left a drone underneath the back seat called the next day ASAP bc that night we dropped it we knew it was there they said it was not there yes it was that's why I called early morning !! no one has contacted me at all!!!!!! I even contacted Corp they said Regional manager was gonna send email call nothing!!! Not cool you guys , you don't vacuum your damn trucks Oh and the truck was very dirty when we got it Hope you guys return it I know we left it in the truck It was a DJI MAVIC I HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER FOR IT

I am completely brand loyal because of consistently good customer service at Enerterprise and am especially happy whenever I get to use this branch. To a person, everyone is kind, funny, and personable. I don't know how such a great group of people ended up at the same place, but what a treat it is to walk in and see friendly faces. The only (rather large) problem is that sometimes there are not enough cars for the people who have placed reservations. However, I don't think this is the branch's fault. I have a feeling there is something going on higher up in the company. I suggest sending a surplus of cars or taking fewer reservations, because not having a car to leave for a work trip is a problem. But kudos for hiring and being able to keep such lovely people.

I had a terrible experience. I arrive to this place before 10:00 am on June 8th. They had my reservation from the insurance company over one week. First there were no vehicles available and their reservation was so messed up that I had to make phone calls after phone calls to the insurance company. Found out they look it up under my name instead of reservation number. I waited over 2 hours for a vehicle and when about to get it another problem came about! People who were after me got their vehicle and left and I'm still there! I was put under a lot of stress just to rent a vehicle, and felt like forgetting it and keep on going! I even had an awful headache with all the stress! I will be on my cell phone with the insurance and they were taking care of other people before finishing with my transaction! There was only one of the employee in the entire place that actually was nice and helped me at the end! Hopefully I will not used them again! My car was in the shop so my insurance sent me there! OMG!!

please dont go here. they dont know what they are doing . they gave me a choice between an pickup truck & this small piece of sh.t . the sales person name is aliyah. but it took the entire staff just to get me settled . first they say $173. next they say $77. ended up with $104. dont ask me how. dont recommend this place at all. someone in there taking a portion of that money home trust me

They were friendly, helpful, professional and told me everything I needed to know upfront without my asking so that it would be a seamless car rental experience. No problems or hassles. Because I was already stressed for the reasons requiring me to get a rental in the first place, it made the good experience more poignant for me.

Literally the worst location I have been too. Upon walking in, I didn't have a face mask on me. A guy named Victor that didn't have a face mask on me told me to wait outside and then another lady that worked their followed us outside with masks. I've been waiting here for over an hour for a car because their short staffed but everyone who has been walking in has left with a car. Completely unprofessional and the worst service. A lady earlier was arguing with an employee because she had a horrible experience with them too.
