Instead of paying a zillion dollars for fairytale flowers or having a generic photo booth, consider getting an ice sculpture instead! We had a Nadeau's elephant ice sculpture for our downtown Chicago wedding and it was such a unique and memorable centerpiece of the entire event! It was beautifully constructed with trunk and foot up, as well as our initials etched in the middle. All of our guests were raving about how amazing it was and taking photos in front of it the whole night! Brenda at Nadeau's was so great to work with, we immediately clicked. She was super responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend going with Nadeau's and I can't wait for another excuse to order an ice sculpture for a special event!

OMG.... I had the most amazing time here tonight @ Nadeau's Ice Sculptures. I have been driving pass this place for year's and never knew about the gold mine behind the walls. Jim the owner is so funny and sweet. His great sense of humor and creative skills are at a high. His assistant oops I forgot her name was such the sweetest and very friendly. I'm still in my awe moment at this time. All I can say is go on the website and get a quick glimpse of the ice sculpture. Even better give Jim a call and set up a team building class. If you ever been to Lincoln Park Zoo around Christmas time for the zoo lights. Than you have already witness some of the talent. Very talented and creative. I would write more but I'm still digesting all what I have seen on tonight. We were able to be a live audience to see a block of ice be chipped into a masterpiece. The fun didn't stop there. NOOOOO. We were section off into a group of 5 ppl per table. On the table was a big block of ice and beside us was a box of cut up pieces of ice made into design and a spray bottle. We were giving a certain amount of time to build our own personal ice sculpture. Fun fun fun. Its a must that I come back for more fun. It was just a fun filled night.

Need dry ice for cold capping during Chemo? Max from Nadeau's is your man! Clearly going through Chemo isn't a great experience, but Max made sure to always have the large amounts of dry ice I needed so that I could focus on my healing (and save my hair)! I hope to never need dry ice from Max again, but I will definitely share his name with anyone going through the process!

Nadeaus was so helpful in making an ice luge for my birthday party! They gave me all the information I needed to know over the phone, and gave me a tour of the facility when I picked it up. The luge was a hit at my party and so reasonably priced!

These folk are so sweet. They sell dry ice in 25 and 50 lb bags. Brenda gave me a tour and this place is amazing. Brenda and Max are great and if you need dry ioce or a sculpture this should be your go to spot.

We utilized this company for a corporate order (a large 40" x 40" block sculpture) for our college. The service from the initial call through product delivery was professional, courteous and excellent. As for the sculpture, it was superb! With this being our first order, we had an idea of what we wanted, some color options, and that was about it. Nadeau's quickly relied with a couple designs that were exactly what we imagined. The order was promptly confirmed, and we awaited delivery, which was exactly as requested and agreed upon. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and ice sculpture. I purchased an ice luge for a friend's farewell party using a Groupon. When I called to put in the order, their customer service was very friendly and didn't give me a hard time with the Groupon. I didn't have my number on hand but that wasn't a problem. I was worried about the lead time necessary to put in an order, but they said I could pick it up that same day, if needed. I followed up by e-mail with my number and they had the same great attitude then. When I went to go pick it up, they gave me a plastic tray to put the ice luge on and it was connected to a drainage tube. They also gave me a bucket to drain it in along with a note to check it frequently so that it didn't overflow. They load it for free into your car and it was bagged and boxed. Street parking is available right on Roosevelt Road, even now right after the snowstorm. The ice luge was the hit of the party and it stays in the same shape for 2 days so it got used the next day for a Super Bowl party. Even as it started melting, we turned it to the side and used the ice block to chill some shrimp and fruit. Definitely a high impact show piece for a reasonable price!
