They don't seem to take orders for pizza correctly . Three times my order is messed up. After years of getting my pizza from them , it suddenly goes bad. Oh, their frys suck

Best thin crust pizza in the burbs! The slices are double dough and pretty good, but you gotta order a thin pie to see what everyone is talking about. Family-owned, and I've been eating here for over 20 years. Counter service is quick and friendly. Gives an Italian bistro vibe. Small and clean. John, the owner, is very friendly and happy to shoot the breeze, if it's not too busy. The chicken wraps are also excellent, and the fries are fresh-cut and delicious! Great Polish sausage too. Wanted to get a quick slice on the way home and stopped in Grand Stand for the 1st time. 2 Slices for about $9 with tax. When I opened it up I was shocked how small it was. It literally is the size of two tavern style slices and definitely not worth $4. The Pizza itself is very good but the price is beyond outrageous. We order every Friday! This Friday we ordered the double dough pizza party size sausage and pepperoni. We also ordered hot wings and barbecue wings. Everything was absolutely delicious, but I must say that the double dough pizza was my favorite. The barbecue wings were also delicious so if you're looking to order double dough and barbecue wings this is the spot Grand Stand Pizza is a wonderful place for families to enjoy a variety of foods on Friday nights. Grand Stand Pizza became an option for me due to it being open late, and because of it having the Grubhub ordering option. Via Yelp, I ended up ordering a slice of cheese pizza along with a cannoli for takeout. The price, and the fact that I have never had a cannoli before made it acceptable for me to order once I encountered it on the menu. Ordering via Yelp was very convenient because by the time I arrived at the restaurant, my order was waiting on me behind the counter. I have to agree with Liz Truss (Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom) who quoted: "I have to admit I don't like pizza. I love it. And I am prepared to do literally anything to get my hands on a slice.". Looks were deceiving with the cannoli I ordered to the point where I did not want to share a picture of it because it did not appear appealing, but it ended up being delicious! And as for the slices of cheese pizza ordered, there were no disappointments. I was satisfied with the visual appeal of both slices of pizza along with their taste. This is our go to pizza place . It's been around for a long time and there is a reason for that! I love their pizza AND they offer broccoli as a topping , which a lot of places don't. Today we ordered ... yes a broccoli pizza , it came and I was disappointed with the lack of cheese on the pizza . You should be able to see the sauce on your slices . The cheese should also go to the end of the pizza , not an inch or so of crust . I called and asked where the cheese was , the manager said the cheese is weighed out and I should ask for extra cheese next time bc I did in my past orders , which I don't recall but .. ok. $28 for a pizza and I need to pay even more $ to have enough cheese on my pizza . They weren't like this before so I'm pretty disappointed. She gave me a $10 credit for my next order so that was nice , it will go towards cheese lol

If you want a nice thin crust pizza, make your way to Grand Stand in Franklin Park! Their crust is thin and the sauce is perfect. It isn't too sweet and has the perfect consistency (not too thick or thin). The pepperoni is quite tasty! I would like to try their sausage pizza soon. Their prices are decent and the service was friendly. We'll be back!
