I placed an order at 8:10, waited and my order said it was being made and was on its way, I get a call at 8:59 to be told that what I ordered is unavailable and cannot be delivered. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread combo. They could've called me sooner to let me know they can't make my order.

This place is a joke. Poor management where the employees even laugh at customers and talk back saying they don't have "time" for customers. Talking smack about people and swearing. Ridiculous. Order was placed ahead for pick up, still waited another 20 minutes. No masks, gloves or basic customer service. The cashier was handling cash and went to handle food. Will be reporting this to corporate.

This place is so incompetent it's astounding. They literally put a person who speaks NO ENGLISH on the register taking orders. All so the fat English speaking guy can hide from customers in the back and then when he has to be bothered to take an order (since his own establishments incompetence lead to this situation) he has the self righteousness to give attitude. This place gets orders wrong and then blames you for their own stupidity. Don't go here there's a lot of other options close there's a Pizza Hut right there and a papa johns. Both much better service and less angry workers blaming you for their poor life decisions.

If i could give them zero stars i would. Ordered from them on Sunday for delivery through their app an hour and a half before closing. They never completed my order and I never received my food. I got a notification an hour later saying my order had been canceled because they were now closed They took my money anyway. I have left messages with corporate through phone and email and they have done nothing. Trust me don't order from here. They'll just take your money and give you nothing.

The cashier Reshmi P told me that my order would take 15 min. After 20 min I asked about my order and she turned around and gave me my pizza. I said .. so my pizza was ready and you have me waiting? She then took the pizza away from my hands and said she would give me a refund. I said... you have me wait 20 min and now you're taking the pizza away??? She said...yes because you are complaining! I said... give me my pizza so I can leave. Then she gives me 2 pizzas when I had only ordered one. I gave the other pizza back and told her... you don't even know what my order is, do you? I go a minimum of 3 times a week and Reshmi (cashier) is very rude and lacks customer service skills.

Workers always in a bad mood I think I've seen like 1 worker who actually worked and wasn't in a bad mood. Not sure why I come here any more. When you walk in they don't come to front for a long time if that. Sometimes they don't come at all. Too busy not working to care about customers coming in. Not sure but also never stocked fridge in front and when I ordered online they didn't have the drink I ordered. Next time put it as not available or something. This place has gone down hill. Last time they gave others the SAME pizza I ordered before giving me mine.

Placed an order on the app at 1047am on a Thursday. Says it'd be ready at 1104am. Cool, I have a lunch break until 1130, I'll be back in plenty of time. Well that didn't happen. I actually showed up at 1110, so these clowns had an extra 6 minutes to have my sh*t ready. But nothing was in the "pizza portal". I ask this "cash me outside" looking girl "did ya'll get my app order"? Employee with heavy accent chimes in "a deep dish?" I'm like yah. He asks the ppl in back and he says "sorry sir it's not ready". I'm already annoyed but this was only the beginning. I ask how long and he says 10 minutes (with an unsure inflection), which is the universal phrase for 'we dropped the ball & haven't even started your order yet'. If this were true I'd have my pizza at 1120. I work close, could scarf down a slice before going back to work. Ya'll bogus for this but I'll deal. But, I waited until 1130 on the dot and still nothing! I was willing to be late over a f**king pizza, but left angry and empty handed. Keep in mind it's 11 something and not busy. Even more annoying is the employees all hung out in back chatting with their music playing, so I couldn't even ask for an ETA on my pizza. Right before I left, Bhad Bhabie appeared from the back & asked if I had a deep dish and I said "uh huh, is it ready??" She said "yah" and disappeared in back again. That's when I decided to f**k off with no food. At 1150 I finally received a notification on my phone that my pizza was in the portal. An hour and 3 minutes for one pizza at 11am. F**k you. Fast forward to early evening when I got off work. I came back to demand my pizza or my money back. Didn't care which. Unapologetically, they made me a new pizza (my old one was STILL in the portal and thank god they didn't try giving me that 5 hr old pizza or I would've lost my sh*t). At least when it comes to the first shift crew, some of the worst employees I've dealt with. No work ethic or integrity.

The most trashy ratchet little caesars around ... Waited 7 minutes for girl to come from back where she was listening to loud rap music wearing a hoodie , simply said to me "what u want"? I ordered one sausage one cheese 2 orders crazy bread .... hot and ready!? Nope I waited 26 minutes for my items .... the place had receipts and garbage on the floor the soda cooler was empty , the back of house laughing listening to rap music so loud could barely here the girl at counter , when I asked why my food took to long she said "cuz it did" .... very disgusted and will never be back at this nasty trashy establishment..

Forget about calling them .. you will get ring no answer. I tried to order online was having issues . We were finally able to order online . When I went to pick up. My order wasn't ready yet . They said give them 5 more minutes. I could hear multiple people laughing , coughing and joking around in the back . The person taking care of the register (aside from not wearing a mask / not wearing gloves / washing hands) he was also preparing and packing the food . Along with playing with the utensils and joking around with what sounded like a whole crew hiding in the back hanging out. Why I didn't double check my order ? I blame it on being exhausted from my day . So he hands me over my order . When I finally arrived home .. my husband informed me that they gave me the wrong order Who owns / runs this place ? How / why are they still in biz ? I give them zero stars
