Tell me please if you're coming to this McDonald's or any McDonald's because of a yelp review. This world is a crazy one and sometimes the only peace we can find is the peace that we get as we roll into a McDonald's drive-through requesting a Mc rib or that elusive double cheeseburger that the rest of the world doesn't want you to find, but you know it belongs to you. Every now and then I get taste for Micky D's and this is the one on the way to the office. I have no idea why I subject myself to this torture by stopping here because I always leave mad because of something they don't do right. It either takes them too long to get the food together or because they have forgotten something in the past, I spend extra time in the line double checking my order.

Should I have stopped here for junk food, probably not but I wanted something quickly. I went thru the drive thru and it was speedy. Both ladies working the drive thru were super friendly. One star loss for overdone chicken sandwich.

This Mcdonald's in Franklin Park on Manheim Rd is a Bunch of Covid Caving Cowards Who don't Value Customers or Service. Me & my brother were here this morning. After we ordered our food & were seated to eat. Another employee who appeared to be on break eating & sitting down near us stated that we couldn't eat there and had to leave. She said it was for employees only to eat there. In my defense the App allowed me to state that I was eating in. Even another employee asked if we were eating here or taking to go while we were waiting for our food. So even tho parts of the lobby were clearly closed off they had some other customers who were sitting & eating their food. I noticed that the customers appeared to be Hispanic & most of the staff at this store appeared to be Hispanic. It appears that me & my brother were treated differently for some reason or another? Why was other customers allowed to eat there but we weren't? Was their favoritism or were they friends of someone here? Also why would the app allowed me to choose eat in & another employee even asked us if we were eating there or taking to go if they just decided to kick us out anyways? Seems to be a lack of information going on here? I sure hope that this is looked into & I will be contacting the store manager along with the owner of this mcdonald's. If you don't want to have your business be fully open then just lock the doors and close up if you don't want to take care of your customers. I don't want to hear no crap about Covid PlanDemic its been almost two years, it's time to get on with our lives & fully reopen all the business's not some half-assed open. Concerning McDonalds at 2627 N, Mannheim Road, Franklin Park,IL. They charged extra for condiments with no sign showing to tell you that and they don't mention it. I asked to talk to a manager and the head manager was not there and he was a manager (which I don't think he was). He said there is a sign and you couldn't see it from the counter because it was blocked by some equipment. No ketchup out. They seem to have an attitude and offered no apology and just walked away. Had a situation before where they insisted you use the app, so I walked out then. Thought maybe they improved, but apparently they make too much money being on Mannheim Road, they don't need to be customer friendly. There is a Wendy's 300 feet away with a $5.00 meal and a 2 for $3.00 promo which has a customer friendly staff. KFC is about three blocks north with a $4.99 2piece meal and very good crew. Then also a Burger King three blocks away, three blocks east on Mannheim Road. The other stores have full menus and good staff. I guess that explains why I tried them again after 3 years and I live within 4 blocks Of these fools. Carm Blacconiere

This is the worst. Wrong order was given to me 2x. No receipt. Paid for cheese but no cheese on the sandwiches. Ordered 2 hash browns only got 1. When I called to speak to a manager, got no where and he hung up on me. Didn't want to hear me complain. I'm also going to give corporate a call and complain about this. Something needs to be done.

They up charge for the kids drinks on happy meals cause it's "not owned by McDonald's" really? No thanks. Plus they usually only answer 1 of the 2 order lanes at a time. They can't handle the 2 why not sure but if they can't handle it then don't make it. Will support corporate owned ones for this exact reason cause independently owned ones can't operate properly.
