Ok so this is Micky D and you are probably wondering why I am giving them four stars. Well sit back and let me break it down for you as this is going to be short and sweet. 1. This is a brand new location with a crazy large parking lot and the double sided drive up areas. I have gone through the drive thru three times and each time has been quick and my order has been prepared quickly and correct. 2. This is a brand new location and it is cute inside and very clean, the eating area as well as the bathrooms. There are two cashier stations, three kiosks and an area for food pick-up. There is a screen where you can see your order, which is helpful since I didn't bother to look at what my number was on the kiosk when I place it. 3. The two times I went in to place orders in the morning due to long lines in the drive thru was quick and seamless, with my food coming out hot. 4. To date, the food has all been hot and fresh, and actually visually looked kinda like the photos. No idea how long that is going to last, but at the time of this review, everything I got was looking good. 5. Two entrance for getting in here: one on Edgington and one on the next street over...this street use to be one way but for the sake of entering Micky D, you can turn in off of Grand on this street to get in and out. The street pass the business is still one way though. So for now this Micky D's is nice: the food is hot, looks good and the service as been quick and friendly.

Horrible service! First the girl that took the money was shit talking in Spanish (like I didn't understand what she said). After that we had to wait in the drive through waiting spot for a long period of time while other people were driving past with their food (who ordered after us). I decided to go inside and request for my money to be refunded since it was clear we weren't getting our food, and it took several minutes for them to acknowledge my existence at the counter, even after seeing me standing there. I eventually got my money back after having to repeat myself, and I carried on with my day. Disrespectful and unprofessional!

If i could give it zero stars i would. Ordered on the mobile app. Waited curbside for 20 minutes. Nobody came. When i asked the drive thru lady what was going on she told me 3 different things unrelated to my order before i just had enough and drove off. Horrible place

I Oder #3 double quarter pounder with cheese no pickles.. but when I receive my Oder no fries manager said it doesn't come with it ... my understanding is I Oder a meal sandwich, fries and a drink.. I got caramel frappe.. and he insist that I didn't get charge for the fries my point is I wanted fries ‍.. then he said I have to go around again and Oder.. Not only spend separate Odors and wanted the meal to make it cheaper..I'll give them 3 thumbs down

first off this mcdonald's has the most incompetent workers and as well mangers. they gave me cold cookies with side of attitude and no receipts . the slow manger asked me what did i order 4 times after i repeated myself as well as gave him my receipt. they gave me the wrong food and when i was looking in the bag i touched the food and knowing they 100% gave that food to the person behide me . as well as acting clueless and straightening the bag to give to the person behide me

I gave only one star, because you can't give zero. Absolutely not recommended !! In my opinion, they cheat on portions, and the photo is proof of this. It's a large portion of my and my wife's fries. Upon my return, I filed a complaint, very rude behavior of a male employee with a scar on his left forearm. We will not go there again.

New McDonald's now open at 9450 Grand Avenue in Franklin Park, IL. Newly constructed; this is apparently their new format. Noticeably absent was the self-service fountain drinks. Corporate is phasing out the self-service drink stations; drinks are filled gor patrons behind the counter and delivered with the meal. Refills were available upon request but that might change as the newly hired staff were not sure what the policy was. The Grand Opening specials: free Happy meal with the purchase of a combo meal and $1.00 ice cones. While I was there (Saturday 5:00pm) they ran out of Happy Meals. Previously someone said the ice cream machine was down but it was working while I was there. The restaurant has two cashier stations and three kiosk. Here is something new: the kiosk now takes cash. We choose dine-in and was given a table tent. When are food came up the counter called out our name I used my McDonald's app to get points) and table number at the top of their voice. Later on we did see other employees delivering food to the tables. Everything is brand new. Some wrinkles need to be worked out
