I cannot comment on the food. I tried to hire Serna's food truck for an event and after numerous promises to get back to me with pricing, menus, I never received anything. I even called the restaurant and via the person answering the owner was made aware of the situation. It is very frustrating to have someone not follow through.

Serna's has reopened with a revamped menu that has increased the Mexican food items, transforming its image as more than your average beef/hot dog/burger stand. I had the gyros sandwich a few weeks ago, and I must say that they don't skimp on size here. On that visit, the 1/2 lb. Barbacoa caught my attention, so I returned today to give it a try. The barbacoa comes with three larger, house made corn tortillas, onions , cilantro, lime wedges and both red and green salsas. Everything was fantastic. If a flaw was to be found, it would be that the salsas seemed geared toward extra mild. The red had a little bit of zip, but still was quite heat challenged. Botha salsas had excellent flavor. They also have daily specials, like the $1.89 Thursday taco special. I look forward to sharing the 1 lb. Barbacoa with someone soon.

This place is a hidden gem serving the best gyros I've had in years and probably the 3rd best I've ever had in my life. Got a gyro at the Wolff's flea market and went to the restaurant the first chance I had. Great $5 daily sandwich deals. Don't sleep on this spot.

Service was good. I would like to add that it would be a good idea to have some plastic utensils available. Food was tasty, generous portions. Meat was not chewy, ordered the Philly cheese steak. Prices were fair. Wait time for food is average since they were busier than the other food truck.

First of all Best Food Truck Ever , outstanding quality and even better service . I was at a bday party in Johnsburg , IL, and I can't say enough how great, fresh and tasty the menu is . I ordered 1 of most and OMG !! They rocked it . I honestly cannot remember when I had French Fries that tasted this good , I only say that because the Gyros,Italian Beef , Tacos are crazy good and pretty much everything on the menu I wish I could have met the chef . I would give 10 stars to them . Outstanding and please keep it up.

I just had the Monster Gyro for the first time, and cannot say enough pn how good it was. I was not able to eat the whole thing, and let me tell you I'm a good eater. They have my business that is for sure.

The food at Yadi's is really good. Been coming here for a few years. Their italian beef is very good. I think it's one of the better sandwiches in the area. The gyros and cheeseburgers are also very good, too. On my most recent visit we tried the Steak loaded french fries. They were so good and they offer small or large orders of the loaded fries. My family and I enjoy the food at Yadi's.
