First time stopping here Easy and spacious parking. Dining room spotless and greeted when we arrived. I had a chicken tender sandwich meal made very well. My grandson had box combo The food was very good. This joint is run by unprofessional kids , running around and making jokes ... even the night shift manager looks like his 20. When telling them they made a mistake on my order , or that i was waiting 20 minutes to get my 25 fingers , couldnt say sorry ... just laughing ... way to go canes

Chicken fingers are every kid's childhood meal. Usually it's hit or miss. But raising cane's elevates the flavor of chicken tenders. When you walk in, you are greeted by the bright red walls and the friendly staff waiting to take your order. It's pretty easy to order because they only serve chicken tenders. I got the 3 piece combo. It comes with 3 chicken tenders, fries, their famous Texas toast, and a drink. The chicken is so crispy and when you dip it into the famous cane's sauce, it feels like heaven. The chicken is not dry at all, it's very juicy. The fries are average, not spectacular, but not bad. The Texas toast is toasted to perfection, with the right amount of butter. If I could take the sauce home with me I would. It's that good.

Update - Feb 13, 2025. I had received a call from the Raising Cain customer support right after my original posting last summer. They asked for specifics about my experience. Then they ended with saying they would like me to go back and try them again and for this, they would be sending me something for a free meal. They never did. Summer 2024 I have never been to a Raising Cane's. I was really looking forward to it after hearing about how great it was and seeing a commercial. I went for the first time last week around 2pm. I was slightly disappointed. The sweet tea was excellent and so was the Texas toast. The Cole slaw not so much and the fries were soggy. The chicken fingers I thought were suppose to be crunchy, the breading was somewhat soggy. I will say the chicken it self was very good and tasty. That special sauce they have was just okay until I added a packet of the hot sauce, then the sauce was really good. Not sure if I'll go back.

I still stand by my previous 4-star review. This is one of the best American fried chicken tenders you can find. Can't compare to Korean fried chicken, but this place is solid. Meal comes with garlic toast and coleslaw. I'm not a fan of their coleslaw, as for me, it's not as creamy as I would like, and is somewhat dry. Solid chicken though

Great food, the fries are a bit mid but that's not why you go to canes of course, the chicken is excellent and the sauce is a must have.

I've seen this restaurant that is right next to Portillo's and always see a lot of cars in the drive thru window so thought it was time to try it. I looked at reviews and found what appeared to be favorable reviews so I thought why not something different. Don't know who wrote the reviews but we did not like it at all. I live less than 10 minutes away and the chicken was cold by the time I got home. The chicken had no flavor, nor was it crispy which is what you would expect with fried chicken. The fries were not much better either and then you have the sauce. I still can't come up with what to call it because I can't figure out what the taste was or what was in it, it was not spicy but definitely bland. The color was a funny pale tan color, didn't look appetizing at all. So we would give it a minus zero but the scale doesn't go that far down.
