I've been a customer since they 1st opened up. Their steak sandwich is delicious & so is the bread they use. Only thing is that they are very skimpy with the meat for the price. Service is very quick. Locations are clean.

I was having a small gathering for my mother's birthday. i wanted to get a few sandwiches for appetizers. This location is hidden in a small space in the corner. If you blink you won't see it. Terrible location. But, OMG I was very impress with the service. Alec and Luke were amazing. Great customer service and friendly. Both made sure I was satisfied with my order. I was impressed with their great personalities. The sandwiches were freshly made and very delicious. This will be one of my go to Jimmy Johns for a nice sub sandwich. Great job and service. Called in a 12 sandwich order at 5:30 on a Saturday and was told they couldn't fill the order because they were too busy and filling catering orders. Called another Jimmy John's a couple of miles away and they filled the order within 20 minutes. I would think any restaurant would appreciate and be able accommodate a decent size order at 5:30 on a Saturday.

With Jimmy John's having a tag line "Subs so fast you'll freak", you would expect this to be quick, I was on lunch so I needed this to be fast. Day: Thursday Time: Linner (think Seinfeld) Location: Jimmy John's Hillside Order: #4 Turkey Tom, Bbq Chips, iced tea, Goal: in, order, eat, out Time requirement: less than 30 minutes Walking in, the Jimmy John folks were a little busy, they were working on a large catering order. It was apparent that team work was being practiced here. One employee was eating at a table in the corner and quickly jumped away from the table to walk to the register but instead one of the employees who was working on the catering order stopped to take my order. It was seamless I didn't notice any delay in the process. I ate and left and on the way out was told to, "have a nice day". Taste: Good Speed: Freaky fast Goal: Achieved

I left my card in the credit card machine and with in 30 minutes I got a call from the employee. When I got back to pick up my card they said they googled my name and found out my cell phone. Very honest and smart employees. Thank you Jimmy Johns for hiring great employees. The sandwiches are great too.

I don't know what it is about Jimmy's, but I can't get enough. This one just opened Fall 2008, in a primo location. We needed a Jimmy's in HIllside! This one is true to the JJ name: spotless inside, freaky fast service, and smiling faces. They also have patio seating when it's warm enough. Tip: Ask for the Repeater Eater Card. It's a buy 10, get 1 free card, but you have to ASK. Also, order the pickles, they are crisp and wonderful. My favorite, the #1 with a pickle halved. I share the other half of the pickle with whomever I'm eating with. mm. mm. good.

Major props to this store for getting my hungry high school athlete fed in a hurry, before she headed off for 3 hours of bus rides and 2 hours of soccer. A hangry HS student is not a pleasant HS student, nor daughter. Super fast turn and super friendly. Thanks JJ crew!

Jimmy John's Hillside Delivery is truly freaky fast!!! Less than 10 minutes from order to delivery. I think this might be my new go-to order out place at my job. Only downside to my order- I paid for extra avocado and I barely got the normal amount of avocado. Not a huge issue in the long run, but kind of disappointing for a fatty like me : )

I love this location! I order from this location about once a week, and the delivery drivers are great (especially Mary!!). The food is great and more importantly-it arrives QUICKLY. There has been many a time I've placed an internet order at 11:45am and I will receive my food at 12 noon ON THE DOT. Every blue moon if I have a new driver bringing my food, they might forget something, but even then they are ALWAYS nice and apologetic about it. The prices are excellent and again, the food is great! I only wish that they had a greater selection of potato chips. I used to be a big Subway fan, but not anymore. Because of this location I really love Jimmy John's!
