bad customer service waited for my food for 30minutes it was sitting on there counter it was supposed to be brought to are table . we had order for dine in with table number told the manager he didn't care we eat cold burger and fries

Everything seemed to be going ok. The restaurant is bright and clean. I placed my order, stated "for here" and the lady gave me a plastic number stand, told me to be seated and my meal would be brought out to me. 15-16 minutes passed and all the other tables were getting their food, but not me. I rarely eat at McDonalds, truly like a decade since I was last in one. So I wondered if 15 minute wait was standard? I gave it another few minutes, then took up my receipt to ask if my food was coming. I only had 10 minutes left of my lunch break, still no food. The lady took my receipt and gave it to a worker and my food came out about 5 minutes later. No explanation, no apologies. The fries were cold and poorly salted, so bland that I only ate a few and sadly had to toss out the rest. The chicken strips were good and my .99 vanilla cone was yummy, and I appreciated the low price for the cone. But I definitely wouldn't chance coming here for lunch if you have a tight time frame. Also the fries were really bad. I'd heard McDonald fries were awesome, but this batch was a dud.

If I could give this a negative star, I would. Went there tonight to pick up dinner for my grand daughter. Initial order taker clueless on new McDonald offering. Person taking money much better. Problem really began when went to second window to pick up order. 'it was not ready' Actually, they lost it which was odd as they were not busy. Finally, someone brought it out and it was wrong but we finally got the right order. Drove about 5 minutes to my grand daughter's home. Fries were terrible, they were cold and well undercooked. First time very threw out McDs fries. Ordered 1/4 pounder for myself. Terrible: cold, again undercooked, no condiments on it, stale bun. Total and complete waste of money. McDonalds, please pull franchise away from whoever owns this and give it to someone who knows how to run a place, hire and supervise help, etc. Thanks, BA

As McDonalds go this one exceeds my expectations. Despite being slightly further from other locations, I go out of my way to go to this one. I usually get great service, the staff are friendly, it's very clean inside, and the parking lot is not a total mess or traffic jam. Whether you are using the mobile app for drive thru take out or dining in with your kids on a Sunday afternoon this is a good spot. The food usually meets my expectations for a McDonalds location, with French fries not being so fresh on only a few occasions. Generally they do a great job here.

Can't say enough about the food quality this visit. It was great. Not much. Plebeian fare to be sure, but it was really good plebeian fare. The problem with this visit though was staff. Let me explain. We pulled up to order and were greeted not the usual way, but with giggles and incoherent commentary between two persons. Were finally able to give our order and pulled up to window one. The person at window one never greeted us, in fact never turned his head to even face us. He took another order. We waited. And waited. And waited. I watched him stare at his automated order taker. He seemed to be making entries. And waited. Then after quite a few minutes he turned away from the device, handed off his headset and simply walked away. If I were his manager that day and witnessed this ignorant behavior, he would have been immediately terminated.

Update: I had a late meeting and I was hungry after it, even though I said I would be going to La Grange this one was closer. I guess this is karma because I had the worst food poisoning in my life. I had nausea, blurry vision, my head hurt like crazy, mental and physical uncordination, until I threw up everything I ate at this McDonald's after 2 hours. The burger tasted undercooked and it sometimes taste like that so I didn't think anything of it at the time and the fries were cold on arrival.

The worst McDonlad's you will ever go to. This used to be a corporate store but they must have sold it to some idiot who needed something to do with his inheritance money. Poorly managed doesn't even begin to describe it. The staff is stupid and incompetent. They regularly give you the wrong order. There's another McDonald's West on Ogden - It's a 10 minute drive BUT worth it. You have to wonder if they are too stupid to get an order right are they too stupid to follow health codes? Smart money says "yes"
