This place I just like any mcD that you see in the mall. They have their fast times and slow times. I'm never really in a rush when I go here so slow doesn't bother me and fast just surprises me. They are located on the north bound side of the oasis. After getting me meal I like eat by the middle windows and watch the cars go under the pass. There are washrooms right in front of the mcdonald s counter, and they are usually very clean. Their menu is the same as all other mcD and a little bit priced up but not extreme like you would think. I'd say .75-$1 more than your regular mcD. 3 stars all in all this place great for an on the go meal from the freeway.

Not as efficient as free standing McDonald's, but better than most Interstate oasis fast food. Good coffee, long lines. I think it is nice to take a break on a drive especially with a traffic jam, because I can sip my coffee overlooking the highway.

You can't miss it, she sits right above the freeway in a building with other eatery's and a gas station across the way. I agree with Patrick, they most definitely did over salt the fries... It was a pretty annoying especially when we got two large fries. I suppose we could've asked for fresh unsalted fries but we did not have the time to do such a thing. It's fast food, for people in a hurry. Service was BELOW mediocre,... We were practically the only ones that were there, it was snowing out and the workers were probably accustomed to not serving anyone, they looked a bit annoyed to serve, humans. OK? We'll only be back if we're as hungry as we were and if we're on the same freeway, other than that, blah.

HALF STAR!!! Don't tell me you start breakfast at 3:30 cause it's so slow. If it's slow do both, u microwave patties anyways (or steam). I don't like breakfast, at least in fast food. Just do your job. And don't think Every other concession food place is closed at this time, even Starbucks

I was driving to Grand Rapids and decided to stop at this McDonalds at the Hinsdale Oasis. I wanted a quick in so McDonald's was the choice. My order took a long time because they did not get my order correctly. Never again.

I'd give a half star or even no stars at all. Waited in line and had a male cut me off because he had to get a drink from another restaurant. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes to get up there. Order something that would cost us barely FOUR dollars to have it total to $7.38. For THREE DRINKS. Don't go there, go to any places in that rest stop besides that.

If giving negative amount of stars was possible I would give this place all of them. Here's how it started: Its 9:15pm on a Saturday night the drive thru is the longest mc Donald's line I have ever seen and so myself a friend and my four kids decide to walk in and there are a few couples standing around with their receipt waiting for their order. We are standing at the register fist in line waiting some time for some to even acknowledge us. We finally place our order at 9:24. We step to the side and start to notice people around us are getting annoyed. I ask one middle aged couple how long ago they placed their order. They respond with 9:17. At this time it was already 9:34. By 9:40 the couple gets someone's attention and says they're done waiting and want their money back. An employee walks up and says wait we are just waiting on one burger it'll just be a moment. Another employee says your food is actually ready here you go. they turn it down and walk out. By 9:45 I finally see our tray of food (20 piece chicken nugs and 2 burgers) being made up (near the ice cream machine) it is just missing 2 large fries. No one is getting my fries even ready so I walk behind the counter get my tray, get my starving kids and go sit them down. Then as I'm walking back to the counter an employee is holding two large fries and looks all confused because she can't find the tray. To which I reply thank you I'll take those. In all that time my order was the only one to go out in the dining area and the drive thru. I don't know what these employees were doing but it wasn't working. And they think they should get more money. Yeah that had better not happen. Or at least shouldn't at this location.

This is the McDonalds at the Hinsdale Oasis. Higher prices and slower service than regular McDonalds, they get overwhelmed pretty easily when there's any kind of a rush. I know salt is cheap, but did they need to prove it by being so generous with it on my fries?

Laziest stupidest people work here. Only car in the drive thru I waited 7 minutes and no one took my order that's today so many bad experiences here have them a 20 said I gave them a 10 they closed the line down and had me sit 20 minutes while they counted drawer and checked cameras don't know why i even tried to come back here again

What? No Value Menu? Paid twice as much as the McDonalds just down the road. Not worth the convenience. No apologies either. Food was cold also. I recommend eating in if you have to, but I would take the next exit and a short drive to the other location where they do have a value menu. The savings is worth it. Sorry McDonald's, you failed today.
