Gave another star strictly for both my husband and eldest daughter. We went here since they have a black bean burger as well as plenty of meat ones. My daughter tried the Western Burger whereas I had the usual Black Bean Burger which I later shared with the husband. My daughter absolutely loved the Western Burger. She had it medium rare and it came out perfect. It was so fresh I thought there was a cow in back! I adored the onion ring on top. The Cheese Curd Burger also looked delicious when it was shown on their screen. Idea, make the Black Bean like you make the meat burgers!!

I stopped in cuz I had a coupon from a basball game I attended last yr. I ordered a breakfast burrito & avocado toast. The service was friendly enough & I got my food quickly. The prices were very reasonable. I wasn't a fan of the fried egg in the burrito & would ask for it scrambled or omit next time. I would come back to try one of their burgers.

Food: very good. Service: great. Location: little bizarre We were heading down from WI to meet family for lunch and were a little taken aback that it's attached to a gas station. We weren't expecting that and we questioned our decision... however we were pleasantly surprised. It was delicious and I'd definitely stop here again. Don't judge a book by its cover, I guess!

Last Friday I went there for lunch. I heard about how good this place is so I went to try it for lunch. I ordered the bacon burger add pickles and mayo with fries and a cup of cheese from the gas station next door. I enjoyed the food it tasted really good and it's another favorite burger of mine. It's now my favorite restaurant in Hinsdale. I recommend it if you're in the area!

Takes their time to make the burgers just right. My 8 YO daughter wanted to come here for her birthday lunch treat. She said 5 Stars so 5 stars it is.

What a GREAT find this place is! The gentleman behind the counter is so nice and personable, and really touts all the great food items on the menu! He is willing to make the orders to your liking, and everything we have ordered has been delicious! Thanks for the best breakfast burrito ever!

I love this burger spot in Hinsdale and I definitely missed it after not being able to visit it for a long time. I was so excited when I am on my way to the place but I did not expect the experienced I had when I visited it. The place is clean and just basically the same like before but the staff they have now are not really friendly and can be considered as rude. I did not receive a greet or anything while I was ordering in the counter and it was like I was saying my order and the staff is just listening and just like that. I literally want to leave the place after that encounter to the staff but I had no choice because I really miss the foo on this place. I was just thankful that the burger I ordered is hot and fresh and it definitely tastes delicious. The burger definitely lessens the negative vibe I had from their customer service but I cannot just let it pass. The burger in here is seriously good and frankly, their customer service needs an improvement. Customers like me does not only want or deserve good food from a place like this but also a better treatment from the staff.

Out and about town and came across this establishment. Was a little skeptical because its literally attached to a gas station. Grabbed a breakfast burrito sans the potatoes & jalapeños. Burrito was decent for the price. Wanted a hot tea to go along with the burrito, but they pointed me to the gas station mart. That was a little weird so I settled for OJ. While we were there we seen what looked too be one of the best burgers I have ever seen. Burger was literally huge, and served with great looking onion rings. When I town again, I will return to Urban Counter to try the burger.
