Service is defintely not your strong suit. The last 2 times I went here you were short staffed. This time I walked in at 4:45 pm to see 5 tables full all in one area and was told there would be a 10 minute wait.( the rest of the restaraunt was empty). My wife said we will wait at the bar and have a beer. The host said that we couldn't because it would confuse the servers when it came to a tip. I told her I was paying cash for our drinks and proceeded to the bar. Guess what ? No bartender. We waited for about 5 minutes got up and left. This is not an isolated incident. The previous visit wasn't much better. On that visit we were seated quickly but waited almost 30 minutes for a server to acknowledge we were there. (short staffed again) I give your food 4 stars and your service 0 stars. You wont see me ever again at this location. Whoever the manager is for this location you need to get your act together or get fired. There are way to many other choices to eat in your area to put up with your crappy service. P.S. We went to Bucks Pit Stop and had a great meal with great service and great prices.

We arrived at 442pm, parking lot pretty empty. Upon arrival we were told for a party of 3, it would be 15 min wait which was pretty shocking since there were about 5 tables with patrons. We waited 25 minutes but during that time could see there was one waitress for one section and bartender had 2 tables in his area. It took about 8 minutes before our server addressed us, we were watching her run all around, so we were understanding. We ordered our drinks and the classic combo appetizer. Sophie came back and told us they were out of mozzerella sticks and the watermelon drink my Grandma ordered, also not available. Ok, she ordered something else and then chose more quesadillas to substitute the mozzarella sticks. When it was time to order our entrees, we were informed they also were out of broccoli. At this point it was a little frustrating now, long wait and 3 items not available. We got our appetizer and the boneless chicken wings didn't even taste like chicken. I'm not sure if they put it back in the fryer to reheat it, but it was disgusting, didn't even taste like food, cut it open and showed the waitress, pic attached. She said she could only bring out 5 new ones. At this point I didn't want to eat that so it got taken home. Sophie was great for being the only server and running around like a chicken with their head cut off but I have never experienced anything like this before. Applebees is one of our usual spots for the location and great burgers but this time we were very disappointed. Also, also the women's bathroom was gross, the floor sticky and I could tell it hasn't been cleaned in awhile.

Have not been in for a while and decided to break for lunch. Went in and something was off. They had a few parties seated and they let us know it would be a while. We sat down and waited, as I was there I couldn't help but notice how dirty the place is. And next to us I can hear customers complaining on how undercooked the food was. I decided to leave. I really can't believe how this place is still in business.

Great server awful manager service here. I asked the person who brought the food to my table for a little bit more Alfredo sauce because the noodles were a bit dry and she said she couldn't she would have to charge me extra. I said could I talk to the manager she said she was the manager and that the Alfredo sauce is pre-portioned and she couldn't give me more because food costs were too high at her store. She was curt and not friendly. Never heard this line before. Pretty terrible. Loved the server will tip her well. Here's a look. Couldn't even get the chicken wet with sauce. Ridiculous. Other customers heard and agreed it was awful service. It happened at 8:00pm evening manager very young

We tried the unlimited wing special this day and I was very surprised with the experience... I will definitely be back for it and have been telling everyone how great it was. Like I mentioned, surprisingly the wings & food overall exceeded my expectations and they were truly unlimited. Between 3 people we had over 80 wings and could have kept going if that was possible (haha). The drinks were alright too but the highlight was definitely the wings and fries. Someone in our group ordered a chicken sandwich and it looked pretty boring in comparison. Waitress was good as well and kept coming around to check on our wing status, much appreciated. Vibes were overall a good time. I'll will definitely be back! Personal Review: 7.9/10

ALL RIGHTY HERE WE GO. After a LONG day of work, my friends and I were itching for a classic Happy-Hour-Half-App-Maybe-A-Cocktail romp. What better place to do this than Applebees? It turns out there are many better places. We were seated in quite possibly the worst booth in the restaurant. My seat had a dirty piece of faux-leather tape attached to the seat. Like, this stuff didn't even stick anymore but someone kept placing it over the seat's tear. ON TOP OF THIS, our booth was connected to the host stand?! So the host was semi-listening in on our conversation. She was lovely, but it was a bit odd. When our waitress came over to greet us, we said we were here for happy hour and were immediately bullied into buying a certain margarita that we found out WAS NOT a part of the happy hour menu, only when we were served our checks. When we tried to order from the happy hour menu, she kept telling us we were wrong and missing the "deal." I finally get my drink and what was floating in it? A bug. She brought it back and gave me a new one, I'll give her that. ALSO, not only were our drinks full priced, but the so-called half apps were full price as well. Thanks, Applebees!

Very great !! Things are better than ever :). Spooky sips and dollar zombie drinks are making it boom recently. Service is quick. The setting is decent just wish there were more tables haha and decoration/lights!

Better than last visit here, by leaps and bounds. Our server was, Ashley and she was terrific, we would ask for her next time coming back. We got the 2 for $25, as we had gift card to use up. The burgers were made to near perfection and they grilled the onion with jalapenos, my favorite. The meal comes with an appetizer, so we picked onion rings, that were amazing. All said and done we will be going back and asking for Ashley to serve us.
