You can tell it's good by how busy it is, so give yourself time if ordering takeout. Their sesame chicken is excellent, all fried rice is great, and you have to get the egg rolls.

The food is tasteless! The Chicken Pad Thai was swimming in sauce that tasted like it was made from ketchup and lemon. There was even a sliced lemon on top. It was the worst Pad Thai I've ever eaten. The Shrimp Egg Foo Young lacked any flavor at all. The Orange Chicken was basic and neither good or bad. Needless to say, I will not return. The prices are expensive and the food lacks flavor.

First time ordering. Easy to order online. Pad Thai was good. General tso's chicken was mostly breading. Chicken fried rice was very dry and didnt have any veggies just rice and chicken. I would not order anything breaded from there. Wonton soup was good. Egg rolls were average, which is actually good because egg rolls have gone down hill in other restaurants.

First off, I was upset I waited over an hour for my order on a weekday. But the quality is very subpar for the price. Case in point as other Yelpers have posted, their "chicken" entrees (for nearly $20) are nothing more than fried dough balls with a slight hint of chicken flavor. Their audastic description on the menu leads you to believe it's a chicken meatball but I doubt there's any actual chicken per my pics and experience eating that crap. I definitely believe a previous poster about their health code violations, never again! I'll drive further for at least standard quality from now on. Thehoney walnut shrimp had next to no sauce on it, just small amount of dry fried shrimp for $20 Soggy egg rolls. Bland Mongolian beef. Bleh.

This is the lowest quality chicken I've ever had from a Chinese food restaurant. I'll never order from this place again. The chicken looks and tastes artificial. My wife questioned if it's even chicken at all.

Wonderful, local establishment! They have been a staple in the LaGrange Park/Brookfield community for a long time! Excellent food at reasonable prices! Don't believe some of these bad reviews. I've been going here for ages. Never had a bad experience!

We owned the building nextdoor and we enjoyed many meals here, until I spoke with inspector. They have had many issues with bugs and rodents, not for us anymore. We keep going to different Chinese restaurants, but covid-45 shut down many of the places we liked. I would avoid this location, not sure about their other restaurant.

OMG! Since WHEN did General Tso's chicken become fried chicken meatballs in sauce? My husband and I just blew $60 on the worst Chinese food ever! He ordered Szchewan shrimp and there were more veggies and peanuts than shrimp....PEANUTS? I ordered the General Tso's chicken. And MY BAD, I didn't read this description: "Hot and spicy. Crispy Chunks of Minced chicken white meat balls, served in a tangy sweet spicy sauce with broccoli." Never in my life have I had this dish and been served chicken meatballs, for $17.25???????????????????? Called and told the lady/owner what I saw when I opened one of the chunks. There was NO CHICKEN IN THERE. They claim there's chicken, but you look at these pictures and tell me if you see any! I told her that despite her repeated iterations of "that's how we make General Tso's Chicken", I didn't like it! But she just kept repeating the fact that other restaurants make it different. No, YOU, make it different. This is Chinese Food Blasphemy! There was no offer for refund, to try something different, just...."too bad lady". Seriously? I'll be glad when my girl from Moy Goy in La Grange gets back from vacation because finding quality Chinese food is WOK. (I mean WORK) I won't be eating Chinese food again until she gets back!!!! My husband is livid and so am I! You spend money on horrible food and your host has no remorse. No apology. My dish went in the garbage upon realizing that I was basically served fried chicken meat PASTE! And I made sure my husband didn't give it to our dog! UPDATE: Husband reading their menu now. BEWARE of CRISPY Sesame Chicken, and ORANGE chicken, same horrible little chicken balls. Seriously! Ruining a traditional Chinese dish like this? There should be a WARNING on this menu item that there's a quirky TWIST on traditional Chinese Fare. BEWARE. If you don't like something on their menu, too bad, you paid for it, its yours!

we have ordered from there many times and are rarely disappointed. Tonight was the exception. I ordered pad Thai expecting it to be picture below. What I got was noodles with ketchup on them horrible. The noodles were soggy. There was not a sprig of cilantro, and any peanut flavor was overwhelmed by the tomato sauce flavor. Very disappointing.
