The thin crust pizza is good and the sausage taste flavored well seasoned. The ambiance is nice not so loud music isn't as loud and we can hear ourself talk. The fries are really good! Jaime attended us. There should be more servers though.

Good extremely thing crust pizza and $4 Yuengling on tap. Also Monday is half price pizza day. Great pizza and fair prices, if you're in the area it's worth a stop.

We live in Wisconsin 200 miles away but my father in law lived in the area his whole life up until 5 years ago we had to move him up here...his friends and other family are all still down there. When he passed his wishes were to get his friends some good pizza and have a few beers.He has been a patron here and loved their pizza so we tried to do exactly that...we booked the patio knowing we would have 50+ people coming for celebration of life. We called a Danielle and one other lady 2 months out and discussed what they had for food and set up. We told them we would call the final few weeks for a more accurate head count. Day of celebration we showed up and literally were told they had no clue what we wanted and had booked a kids birthday party outside on the patio. We were now shoved in a back room with maybe 25 seats. We have 50+ adults and need room to eat. We were given menus and told to order like regular customers!! She claimed she didn't have our contact information and had no communication about anything! We have call records that show otherwise! We brought a cake from our local bakery, they remembered somehow that we ordered family serving of salad and that was ready and we ordered 5 family size pizzas to start. The waitress informed us she would just add stuff when she saw we needed it. She was working 2 parties..we rarely saw her. 45 minutes we waited for the refill pizzas! No food was available in between pizza refill so I cut the cake to appease some people! Half of Dad's friends had to sit in the bar on the other side of the building from this room...we were split up. People missed the speeches and mingling amongst one another because there was no room! Money was not the issue for why we had it at a place like this...this was our father's last wishes. You made our day from start to finish total chaos. Lies of communication, giving the area we needed away to a kids birthday, lack of attention to our guests. We had veterans and elderly leaning up against walls. 420.00 for 9 pizzas,family salad and 5- 2liters absolutely did not match with menu prices. No breakdown just 420.00 circled on a green kitchen ticket. Not really one positive thing I can say about the place.

From the outside it looks like a rough place, but it's not quite as bad inside. It's a local place for sure but they're friendly to most people. Waterworks is a bar and pizza place in Lyons in a pretty nondescript part of town. Coming to drink and eat here is the only reason to be in this area. The prices are great on drinks and okay for food and pizza. Actually this bar recently had a big renovation because of a fire. It looks much more modern than it used to be, so that's what helps it look better inside. The bar is the main part, and there's plenty of tables. Can still get very crowded. This place is hella loud to be sure. Great drink prices. It was $2 for wells. Got to think it must have been a mistake. Oh well, there's no complaints about that. As for the food, not that impressive but okay for a bar. It's $8 for a plate of some spaghetti. Basic looking. The service is pretty slow, understandable because this is a busy place. Also it's hard to hear. This makes it hard to properly get orders. Good enough for a bar. It's better than it looks from the outside. The drinks are the best things, and there's also pizza and spaghetti.

It's not Villa Nova. It's not way old school Home Run Inn. It's Rosati's level. No complaints, but growing up on the south side in the 70's and early 80's I have high expectations. They need more garlic in the sauce. Bigger chunks of sausage. I will repeat, but expect improvements.

Was a loyal customer and enjoyed the pizza in the past. Been a customer for several years with good quality pizza and praise. This time around, I ordered 2 pizzas to celebrate Fathers Day - family size pepperoni and another that was sausage. I was very surprised that the pizza doesn't taste the same as it was and to make it worse, it was as if the pizza fell and they filled it with whatever pieces were sitting on the shelf. It's like a rookie cook attempted his/her first shot at making pizza and I was the unfortunate customer. Paid 51$ for this crap. DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY ON THIS TRASH!! Zero stars is still more credit than they deserve. I want my money back!!

As my favorite pizza place went out of business. I thought I'd try a new place. I have eaten pizza from waterworks before and it was good, but it had been awhile. So I place order for delivery. I wanted to get a meatball sandwich but sorry we had a large order earlier and we have no bread. I go ahead and order a large supreme pizza. Pizza gets here and the box is so light I didn't think the box had anything in it. Pizza was a thin crust pizza, thin and crispy. I'm not a fan of thin crust but I wanted to experience the waterworks style. Toppings were good with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Next time I'll enquire about a thicker crust.
