I've been a frequent customer here, and I'm always impressed with the boneless wings. I usually get a six-piece combo or the 20-piece pack, and I've tried a variety of flavors - they're consistently delicious! The wings are always cooked well, and the flavors are on point. There was only one time when my sauce was missing, but honestly, that's not a big deal.. Just a heads-up: be prepared for a bit of a wait when picking up your order.

Called after I placed an order and waited an hour for it they said it will be a hour wait more asked for a refund and wouldn't give it to me service was not great wouldn't recommend going

My wife said everyone deserves a second chance. So in spite of my feelings on Wingstop, I went back to give another try. NEVER AGAIN! I picked up my order. Wrong wings, fries are cold and not large as ordered. 7 people working in the store. Lady working the counter hears my issues. Barely speaks a word to me. Takes care of customers behind me before helping me. Counter lady reprints the receipt and hands it off to another lady. Other lady comes to the counter, takes the wrong order from me while not speaking a word. They didn't say sorry, or have a seat while we correct this. Nothing. I was left to assume they are fixing it. After 10 minutes of not telling me what was going on, I decided I'm out. Went to the counter, told the girl to just refund me. They said they would refund it, no questions asked. It was as if this happens a lot and they simply don't care. There is a Hooters down the street. That's where I'll be going from now on. ------------ Wingstops $10 response.

This place is horrible. Order wings tonight at 715pm it is now almost 830 and my husband is still waiting. There are people who are still waiting over an hour. They have a new person running the front counter and no one is helping him. I feel sorry for him no wonder no one wants to work to be treated that way. Here we go someone just came back from break and he is high as a kite. That's nice he wreaks of marijuana. Not going to getting wings from here anymore. It unfortunate because no one cares.

This is the my favorite location. The food was amazing. The chicken wings were tossed correctly. My order was delivered really fast. My french fries were cooked prefectly good. Before i placed my order i called the store and the person i spoke to crystal really help me choose what flavors i should get, she was kind and patient with me. Overall great service!!

First time coming to this wingstop and by far the best one I've been too. You could tell the food was fresh and made to perfection. You can tell the man with the tattoos loves what he does. Will most definitely be returning 11/10

I waited more than 20 minutes just to asked where the rest of my food was. When an employee picked up they gave me an attitude and told it my problem. They didn't help me at all they told me to go and PAY for the food AGAIN. I politely told them that I'm not asking for much I just wanted the rest of my food and didn't help me at all. They didn't give me a refund or anything. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Fix your attitude before going to work.
