We arrived for our traditional 15 piece order. The order wasn't done once we arrived which is fine , but why was my food cold when i received it. Shouldn't it have been fresh since we were still waiting on them to finish? From the chicken to the cheese curds all of the food was cold. Our chicken was slimy, and barely had sauce on them. There were only 2 workers there on a Saturday night. How pathetic....People were nice, but food was terrible and not fresh or hot. No one answered the phone.

Im here at Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time. I found out from Carlos (GM in Training) that they have a special on a Tuesday & Thursday. You can order 1/2 & 1/2 of different flavors Tuesday if you buy 10 or 20 bone in wings you get 10 or 20 wings for free. You can order 1/2 & 1/2 of different flavors Thursday if you buy 10 or 20 boneless wings you get 10 or 20 for free. You can also do the same w/6 Traditional Wings, but w/the 6 you can only get the Traditional wings Today I ordered 10 & 10 of the following * 10 Dry Seasoning - Lemon Pepper - these wings were very good & had a great crisp but were a little too salty for my taste * 10 Sauce - Garlic Parmesan were crispy w/good seasoning. This is a pretty new location on North Ave near 5th Ave FYI on Tuesday they have bone in wing deal 2 for 1 Thursday they have the same 2 for 1 w/the boneless wings

Terrible customer service the lady in the counter very rude. I came Sunday march 30th in the morning she kept rolling her eyes at me I asked if I got a combo to make sure and she yelled at me and said didn't I repeat myself already then on top of that the wings tasted old I came here 2 months ago and the customer service was completely different they definitely need to work on the new hire

Warning! Your Tuesday indulgence is dead. The buy one/get one traditional wings (even though it is still listed online) is no more. It is now buy one get one one half off. And the woman at the register was ill prepared to communicate the "new prices." "The prices have all gone up because of how hard it is to get supplies" she told us. She told us the tax on the 18 dollar option would bring it up "to about 24 dollars after tax." I guess I got used to Ohio... Two stars entirely for the yummy wings. Three possible stars are deducted for the super uncomfortable experience.

They said they only take orders online and that don't have a cashier food was cool and forgot 10 wings when I payed for 20 and it was 10 mango and 10 medium only got the 10 medium I when back and I didn't get my food even though I had my "Receipt"

Idk what to think about these wings was trying prove myself bdubz is better than Wingstop after not having wings for a few months and idk if I should ask for a re-make or just take the L and get from Wingstop now. The customer service was superb, however my food was warm & my fries were just cold by the time I got home. I ordered a 20 piece combo, I asked for hot, spicy garlic and lemon pepper sauce but they gave me barbq instead. They were also inside a box labeled "lemon pepper". The vegetables I received with my order were not fresh & the "hot" wings were dry as ever and seemed like they had been sitting out before they were given to me.

Thought I'd leave a review because I had a good experience here last week! First off: they still have the Buy One get One Free deals on Thursdays. I got 24 wings & large fries for $23. For Tuesdays: it's BOGO 1/2 off... which was a bummer and the hostess said the same thing haha Anyways, the wait was about 10mins - awesome! And they originally messed up my order by giving me a different sauce from what I asked for and they replaced it within minutes (WITH a free large drink). Plus they were very apologetic and gave me no hassle about it at all. The size of the wings were good and plenty of sauce on them, not like other locations giving me straight breading of a wing. A big reason I'm leaving a review is because this place is much better than the Berwyn/North Riverside location... only thing is you can't sit down (right now but looked like you can in the future). Sad that the "To-Go" location is a lot better than the actual restaurant. Personal Review: 6.4/10

Wings were good but they forgot half of my order and when I went back to get them one employee told me that they were gonna add an extra, they didn't. And they also forgot something else I ordered when I literally already went back to the restaurant to get my missing food. It was disappointing as a first time customer.

Undependable. We ordered through Grub hub multiple times and sometimes the order is corry but most of the time it's not. Don't order multiple containers of sauce because you probably won't get them meanwhile you are charged. A few times we didn't get any sauce at all or got multiple containers of the wrong sauce. I spoke to the manager and told him they need to do quality control to ensure that orders go out correctly but obviously they don't. Ordered extra sauce for two orders of the battered chicken wing and extra sauce for the onion rings, no sauce received at all for the onion rings and only one sauce for each order of wings. Not even the sauce that comes with the onion rings came. They need to get their act together and quit ripping people off
