Not all Wingstops are created equal. They all may follow the same recipe, but it's not uncommon, from certain locations, that I open my container and become enraged over the garbage they gave me. Don't give me popcorn chicken and call them "wings". Your boy was actually the first one to say "catch me oussigh" before that brat did, and it was over bogus ass wings. But so far this Melrose Park location is killin' it. So much so that I haven't messed with locations where I live, & pick these up on my way home from work instead. Their wings are not only meaty, but seasoned/sauced to perfection. And the fries are always spot on as well. I don't know how they do it, or why some locations fail at it, but the fries here always retain their crispiness, even after sitting for some time. It also doesn't hurt that the woman here who rings me out couldn't be nicer. Maybe it's because this location is still kinda new. Maybe it's because I'm always stopping in just after 3pm before they get busy. But hopefully they don't fall off like No Limit records did.

Yes they are always busy, orders may take a bit but it's because the food is delicious and they are consistent. Don't order on game day and if you must order in advance and be patient. I've picked up from here numerous times in five years and I haven't had a big issue.

Service is horrible! We placed an online order and waited about 30 minutes before picking up the order. The parking lot was full so I waited in the car while my boyfriend (who is black) went inside to pick up the order. 3 employees were in the back, & about 15 ppl were waiting to either pick up or place an order. When the older employee that was there, APRIL 20 AT 9pm, finally came to tend to the customers, he called out a few names of orders in his hand. My boyfriend waited and then approached and let him know he was there for a pick-up and gave the name on the order. The man looked at him and told him he needed to get in the "order line," even though he had already waited in the "pick-up line." They argued back n forth which took longer than it would have taken for the employee to turn around and hand over the order. The conversation ended with my boyfriend telling him he could keep the order and walked out the restaurant. I then went in to see if I could get the order (as it had already been about an hour from when the food was ordered and I was very hungry) I simply walked in, went to the front counter, did not wait in any line, and asked the Hispanic older man for the exact same order. He asked me to wait for him to finish with the gentleman he was handling and immediately dealt with me. I asked for the food, and he turned around and handed it to me without any issues. He actually called me back because I forgot to grab the drink from the order. How can someone be so pressed about which line a person is standing in one minute and completely unconcerned that someone just walked through the door bypassed any line and interrupted a conversation to pick up their order the next second? After all that, the food was cold, there wasn't enough sauce on the chicken, and we were SHORTED ON THE ORDER. I can only assume the difference between my boyfriend asking for the order and me (Hispanic) asking was the color of our skin! I will NEVER be ordering from this location AGAIN! I hope wingstop reviews their footage from that date around that time and makes things right! Enough is enough!!!

WingStop, Winston Plaza Melrose Par, IL Worst service ever. Today 01/19/24 I ordered 2 combos, exactly the same: 4 pieces. Korean BBQ classic and 4 Lemon Pepper. A total of 8 chicken wings each order. In one order they only gave me six chicken wings, in the other order they game me all wrong 8 pieces BBQ. I called them and the man who answered the phone, who took my order in the first place was very rude to me. He told me that they don't make those mistakes, therefore they don't give out credits, he asked me to go back and bring everything back and they will make me a fresh order. Its cold and snowing. Really? The guy wouldn't let me talk and he didn't listen at all. My intention was to express how disappointed I was and to make them aware of their mistakes, because I don't want anyone else to have such a bad experience. Definitely I would never go back to such bad place were I was given the wrong order and mistreated because I spoke up.

Everybody has off days. I have 'em, you have 'em, the Winston Plaza WingStop has 'em. Nobody's perfect, but that's what second and third chances are for. Knowing full well that I could get my boneless wing fix (okay, obsession) satiated, I stopped in for lunch on a Monday, hoping to see the familiar face of a certain employee. Unfortunately she wasn't in, which meant I had to deal with her grumpy counterpart. There seems to be some inconsistencies with the # of sauces you're allotted per wing order. In the past, I've had zero issue with getting 5-6 wings per flavor in multiple sets......until today I was told that I'd have to order a minimum of 20 wings to get 3 unique saucings. Different lady, different rules perhaps? Frustrating. Wing quality was passable, but the flavorings were weaksauce. Like literally weak sauce. Normally their mango habanero will cause a grown ass man to sweat, but today they were completely devoid of heat. On top of that, the spicy Korean BBQ (flavor of the month) fell flat and although I appreciated the change of pace, the wings were barely grazed with sauce. I will say, though, that their fries are amazing. Truly fabulous and salty; you can also get them dusted with one of the dry seasonings -- I'd personally recommend cajun. If you're lucky enough to be helped by Kristen, she'll get you set up with whatever you need. Service with a smile and a quick-witted joke, she's lovely and might even throw you a bone(-less wing) every now and then. The older woman won't comp you diddly squat, so it's really a roll of the dice on who'll be working that day. Same goes with the kitchen....some days they're on point, other days their sh*t's all messed up. The soap dispenser in the men's was kaputt, and despite the fact that this Wingstop is only like 2 months old there was already graffiti on the hand dryer/hurricane generator (really people?? This is why we can't have nice things) Bread = 3.5 Circuses = 2 So even though this most recent visit was kind of a downer, that won't stop me from returning. But if my NEXT visit gets bollocksed up....then perhaps elsewhere I will look for chickeny deliciousness.

Really good customer service and I always get great wings from here! I get the chicken sandwich with lemon pepper flavor and some fries. I am kind of a health freak so I don't come here too much but when I do I know I'll get full!

Never eating at this place again the front counter guy was cool, but the cooker or the person responsable for the food, Please give this guy a measuring cup because unfortunately he doesn't know how to season anything right, all the chicken I got was to much salt, I felt like I ate a whole bag of salt with my order and no I didn't finish it i through most of it away I just ate what I could handle because I didn't want to waste my money, but never felt so disgusted, no more wingstop for me.
