One of worst Chipotle's I've been too. They charge close to $13 bucks but the amount of meat I got on my Carne Asada was definitely less then advertised and when asked to rectify they said they cant do it but I could get double the meat for an additional $6.75. Very disappointing. Not worth for me to come here anymore.

I was craving Chipotle chips and guacamole. The chips were ok but not as light, warm, fresh as other locations and the guacamole was old and gray. Also did not give me the queso I paid for. The drive up window server looked miserable.

Trust the reviews. As most people have commented, it's gross, bad attitudes, and oddly prepared and poorly tasting "food." Buyer beware, just go to another one.

So I've generally avoided this Chipotle after a meh experience a while ago but as it's the closest one in the area and I was craving Chipotle gave in and went again. Unfortunately I was thoroughly disappointed again. Initially I was excited because they gave a good portion of rice for the rice bowl and a decent portion of meat, but I could see they were running low on a lot of things, and out of a few including the corn salsa. I have never been to a Chipotle out of the corn. And this was at 7pm. The food was probably some of the worst Chipotle meals I've had. The chips were over salted, the brown rice while cooked had some bits of hard chewy rice in it, the barbacoa was one big hunk of meat, the steak was bland, nearly everything was pretty bland. The place itself was like most chipotles, but there was quite a bit of garbage piled up in the garbage area which was not a super pleasant sight. Anyway after eating Chipotle from here, I was full but pretty unsatisfied and still craving Chipotle :(

Did someone say... CHIPPPPOTLEEEE!!! We got the quesadillas from chipotles mobile order and they came in this box with the works! We ordered steak with sour cream, red salsa, and beans on the side which you can customize to your liking! They were very delicious we were skeptical on the taste beforehand but honestly they were yummy we would order them again and they're huge! They come in 2 triangles and that's all you really need!

I love chipotle-but we will literally drive way further to go to a different location than the one on Dempster. Taste is not good and missing items from the bowl. Very annoying and disappointing when you pick up and get home with the mess up.

This chipotle is horrible. The staff looks like they don't want to be there and there was no food made when I walked in I had to wait 10 min for new Al pastor meat to be made and I got chips and guacamole and the chips were stale and it taste like they have been sitting in the bag for 2-3 days. The guacamole tastes old , It's just wild that I've been too so many chipotles and this one was by far the worst one, not even my last location in the south loop was bad as it is here, I'll rather drive to a different chipotle location from now on and I live down the street.
