First POTATO CAKES ARE BACK!! I went mostly for the potato cakes. When I walked in I was greeted with a choir of hellos and welcome. I wanted a chicken cordon bleu but they didn't make them anymore. So I ordered the roast beef sandwich instead. Along with a large potato cakes. I had to order the jamocha shake too. I received my food quickly, the beef sandwich was good. The bun was soft and a good amount of beef. The potato cakes were hot and just out the fryer. I didn't take a pic but there is something special when you put the potato cake in your sandwich with Arby's sauce and Horsey Sauce. While I chowed down, watch a little bit of tv. The place was clean and it has a super friendly staff.

I wasn't really happy as they took forever to understand my simple order of (2) two regular arby's sandwiches and (2) two Classic sandwiches with Cheddar Cheese. The restaurant was completely dirty. Tables were not wiped down. The floors were dirty and greasy, even behind the counter, where they prepare the food. It looked utterly disgusting. I wouldn't buy food. Stop to use the restroom once I realized how disgusting the restroom was. I walked out and didn't buy any food.

This Arby's needs to be permanently closed! I called 4 times and no answer. Two of times it rang for over 5 minutes before they picked up and hung up! Fast FWD to me going in and wanting to order the new Cedric/Anthony sandwiches with their new sauces. Just for them to say they're unavailable. Then they had no clue what locations sell the sandwiches! Lastly inside was filthy, bathroom dirty and customer service is nonexistent with a large dose of attitude!

Arby's do not got the meats! How you about to give me my sandwhich like this, while had me pulled over waiting because you said it was coming out fresh. Then decides to hit on my girl while bringing out the food with me in the passenger seat?? These kids need a reality check, and I hope that comes soon for them. Terrible service, food was ALWAYS mid here. I only ever come here once a year for their curly fries. Even then sometimes I get a bag filled with just soggy fries. Terrible staff, terrible service, terrible food.

WTF No more potato cakes? It's Lenten season and the 2 for $6 fish sandwiches are back. They are nice size fish sandwiches but there's way too much mayonnaise on the sandwich making the sandwich a mess to eat. Arnie's has really revamped their menu providing a whole new selection of menu items. The only thing is NO MORE POTATO CAKES. Dudes I love these potato cakes and use to go to Arnie's just to get the potato cakes. I'm really bummed out. I've been to this Arby's before but not for awhile. Every time I go they have a completely different crew. What's up with that? My wife & I came here recently & ordered 2 fish sandwiches. The dude at the cash register sweeping the floor wo/gloves. When our order comes up he picks it up a d puts it in the bag wo/washing his hands. I mean come on WTF is up with that?

Went to Arby's (restaurant 762) 7001 Dempster, Niles, IL for their Fried Turkey Gobbler meal. They were featured on The Jason Show during a segment. They rated the sandwich a nine, of course had to try it out. It is a nine-ten easily. Not just sliced turkey lunch meat, sliced juicy turkey breast, with fresh lettuce, sliced tomato, crispy onion strings, and a sauce. Fresh bun finished it off. The meal comes with curly fries and a drink. I don't know how long they'll be featuring this meal, but try to stop in and try one.

Very attentive staff and good location with easy access. It's kind of your only option if you live in Chicago. You can't exactly get drive through at either of the Loop locations, so this is my go-to when I'm feeling like Arby's. But, my interactions with the staff have been positive and when I'm craving Arby's they give me a roast beef sandwich and curly fries! It is a bit of an older location, and probably not what it once was 35 years (or so) ago, but I would say the staff makes up for it. Would recommend!
