Such a fun place to bowl and hang out! Bowlero Niles has a great atmosphere -- modern, clean, and full of energy. The lanes are well-maintained, the lighting and music add to the vibe, and there's plenty of seating and space for groups. The staff is friendly, helpful, and keeps things running smoothly. The food and drinks are surprisingly good for a bowling alley -- everything came out fresh and fast. They also have arcade games, which is a great bonus, especially if you're with kids or friends who want a break from bowling.

Can I give negative stars? I had the worst bowling experience of my life. I live in the area, my husband and I went to Bowlero Niles for a few games. They gave us a lane that was in between a group of young adults and some other bowlers. When we arrived at the lanes the floor was wet, it looked like someone urinated on the floor, my husband went and found a wet bar rag to clean it up. We also noticed the table, chairs, and floor were all wet and sticky. My husband asked the desk clerk for another lane. He said no even though there were plenty of open lanes. He said a league was coming. After pressing the issue he reluctantly gave a lane near where the league would be bowling. When we're done bowling there were only a few league bowlers doing some very early practice. There is a no reason for them to keep so many adjacent lanes empty like this, it's their business to have people bowling? At the new lane the floor felt very sticky. The lane and seating area looked grimy. We went to the front counter to get a dry towel and tried to buff off the dirt so we could get at least a little foot slide. The towel came up dirty but this only helped a little. We noticed it was very warm and humid in the facility, this was before we even started bowling. My husband went to the counter and asked for the AC to be turned on. The clerk said they could not adjust it, that it was controlled off site, I guess controlled by a micro managing bean counting corporate slug. The temp and humidity made it very unbearable once we started to bowl. The lane continued to feel sticky. It seems the grime on the floor was absorbing the humidity making the whole problem worse. My husband said that every time he threw the ball it felt like he was going to do a face plant on the lanes or that his knee was going to snap off. I had to listen to his complaints after every single ball and could see his pain. I wonder how many people blow their knees out when forced to bowl on sticky lanes like this? Bowlero should be more conscious of this to take care of their customers and avoid law suits. To cool off we got a Miller Lite from the bar, can you believe they charged $5.50 for a ff...in Miller Lite? We were shocked at this outrageous price, but what can you do? My husband has a very new ball. When the ball came back it had a large 3" grease smudge on it and it had new scar on it. I wonder what Bowlero's maintenance routine is on their equipment? My guess is they farm it out to a traveling company and the maintenance is done far less than needed. Maybe Bowlero should stop buying bowling alleys and focus on improving them. Maybe they should focus less on extracting every penny they can from people by keeping the AC off and charging $5.50 for a ff....in Miller Lite and focus a little more on the customer. When my husband went to pay he told clerk the issues, said he really did not want to pay, and asked what their resolution would be. To the clerks credit he said he could charge half the rate, probably couldn't do more, but we would have paid the whole bill just to get out of there. As a sanity check when we left we went a mile down the road to Classic Bowl in Morton Grove. The had a lot of people in the facility but it felt cool and not humid. We also confirmed that a Miller Lite cost a reasonable $4.75. Now I know someone at Bowlero is assigned to monitor these comments and will be tempted to give their standard answer "we are sorry...... we care.... We strive....blah blah blah". Save the BS. If you are going to respond make sure you address the points mentioned above especially the micro managing of the temp and humidity, because you are creating a very dangerous condition for your bowlers. Also tell us what your maintenance routine is what you are going to do to improve it. Also tell us how you justify $5.50 for a beer small local bowling alley and what your going to do about it. Came here for a friend's birthday party for about 30+ people of mostly tweens ranging to adults. My friend did have to check in a lot as when you have a lot of teen boys the food will run around almost as soon as it's laid out in front of them. However they did a good job of keeping up. The arcade is on the smaller side, but there are a few choice large games - my son really enjoyed the piano game that's tucked in the back. This location is smaller, so for the arcade prizes you get them out of a vending machine rather than having a person count the tickets and provide it to you. The kids appeared to have a great time, so that's the most important thing right?

Went here on a Thursday night and it was crowded due to spring breakers. I reserved one lane for two hours which totaled $68.00. I was not impressed with this place. First, if you want to add another hour it's $60 for three people, what a rip off. The food is okay, not the greatest. Staff needs to work on their demeanor. Any time you ask for something you're met with a long sigh.... Overall, I won't be back. I will stick with Classic Bowl.

TIL that all these years, I've been pronouncing Bowlero wrong. I've been pronouncing it Bowl-ah-roo, and the staff calls it Bowl-air-ro. Go figure. I came here with the kiddies for Kid Fest, where kids bowl free, with free bowling shoes. We got lane 29 and had a grand ol' time bowling. My son is Bowler McBowlerson, while I'm more like Gutterball McGee. Everything was in working order and we had no frames that were stuck. The overhead monitor informs how much I suck, and how I could never be a professional bowler. For foodsies, we got hot dog, large order of garlic parmesan fries, chicken tenders, and a grilled chicken sandwich. $48 bro. Garlic parmesan fries were $11 on its own :-( The lady taking our order at the register reminded me of the customer service you get at Chinatown. When she asked what we wanted, my son started to mention he wanted hot dogs with a co...... but she interrupted him and said she needed to write things down. To wash down the drinks, we asked for water. But with the sticker-shock of $48, we paid, and returned to our seats, as we were told the food would be sent to our lane. While we walked away, the lady yelled and screamed, "Hey! Hey! Your water!!!!" She really wanted to make sure we got our waters. But, the food was pretty good. My chicken sandwich came with a sauce and pickles... not bad. Just not $48 good. BATHROOM REVIEW: Not sure if they have multiple bathrooms, but I'm noting the one near our lane. Bathroom was dingy but got the job done. There was no soap in the dispenser, so I had to opt-in on the hand sani. Sit or squat? Squat.

This review is for the party for 30+ people for 2 hours. Instead of doing separate bachelor/bachelorette parties, we decided to have a combined party with our loved ones. It included drink tickets (soft drinks and alcohol). We had a fantastic time. It was a weeknight & the location wasn't terribly crowded. It just so happened that we got very lucky that our relatives who had not RSVP'd were able to purchase lanes next to us. Bowlero was well prepared for us, and when we arrived they were able to quickly set everyone up with the right size shoes, balls, and lanes. The only downsides are that the events here are pricey. Expect a party to cost over a thousand. But I have zero regrets. It was a fun night before the wedding that everyone will remember. The other downside is that they had only 1 bartender for the entire venue, so it took like 15 minutes to get a diet coke. All in all, I would highly recommend this place. it was great for all!!

Their arcade is rigged. These machines they were taking my credits and not working. Especially the basketball machine. A lot of these machines are out of order. The machines that do work are rigged especially the claw ones. Their appetizers are extremely mid. If your coming here come for their bowling not their arcade. It's horrible ‍
