Nice, albeit smallish location! I've never stepped foot in here, and it's the most contemporary BK I've ever been to. It's also conveniently located on a prime commercial strip of Dempster St. The small order counter is located to the left surprisingly as soon as you enter and they have a smallish dining space, as well as a drive-thru. I came in and had a 37 cent whopper (I'm cheap, so yaay!) as part of BK's 2 day celebration of their 64th anniversary. So that's a 1957 price. The whopper was big, hot, fresh, and great, actually, mainly because business was brisk and no whoppers were sitting around. The staff here was fine also. Everyone that walked in, had their heads down looking at their phones, ha, as the promo works only as a mobile order. Not really knowing the 1957 price of anything, I learned a new correlation. What we (or they) paid backed then for the product, is roughly the same as just the tax on what we pay today, 64 years later. For better or worse, that does sound about right, duh.

This location is horrible. They don't tell you when you order that they make your food "fresh" so you have to wait for it, usually over 10 minutes. All they say is pull up and park or refund. They have the front door locked more than half the time so you have to go through the drive thru. And if you need to go through the drive thru again, you literally have to go around the block because.of the center median on Dempster. Ana and Amala were there names. Oh and from Illinois food law they have to have bare nails, they both have acrylics and don't wear gloves. They made my food wrong, so when I said I wanted new sandwiches, they just added to the old sandwich w the new wrapper. I tried to take pics of them, but they clearly saw that was coming because they turned and walked away from the window. If there was an option to give 0 stairs I would.

This is a horrible Burger King location. When I asked for a whopper Junior would just onions the first time everything was on there, and when I tried to explain it to the cashier, it was very rude to me and said didn't hear me when I said it perfectly, and my friend was there, and he agreed with me, the ambience is horrible

We love going to burger King! We really do but this locations burger king is very unacceptable. We just went about a week ago and gave VERY simple orders. Every single order was wrong and customer service was not pleasing and very confusing. They forgot sandwiches and the sandwhiches we did get were incorrect. we have had trouble like this in the past and it is very frustrating.

Last time I went here. They did not have water for the customers and tried to charge 2 dollars for a bottle of water. I'm not letting them profit off of their garbage location. The staff was beyond rude. Telling me I need to let them know I'm using an online coupon before ordering. Which is a them problem. Not a me problem. Burger looked and tasted like crap. Place looks sweaty and run down. This Burger King was reworked by corporate already to no avail. And it looks like this whole location is a health violation waiting to be shit down. Avoid this Burger King at all cost.

Ok, lemme see here. As of right now I'm a regular at this location, but most of those visits were through the drive-thru while in route to work, so I didn't get much of a feel of the restaurant itself. However, this time i went inside with the sole purpose of reviewing which the place definitely was a lot cleaner than the typical Burger King. Prior to ordering there was a customer ahead of me that created a story to get free food. I overheard him mentioning that he ordered 5 burgers two days ago, and only received 3 of those burgers. I instantly focused on his half-ass prepped story, and laughed because he didn't even have his receipt with him. Kudos to the employees because they handled it professionally and gave the customer what he wanted even though I'm sure they knew he wasn't being honest. I think the customer had mental health issues also because he knocked over a drink on the table, which caused a scene in the store because it was all over the floor. Totally not called for after the employees treated him with respect, and gave him free food. For that I applaud them because I would of let his ass have it, and then called the cops on him, but they handled it very professionally. Despite some of the low star ratings, plus crap reviews I have not had any issues with this location. I have honestly been to worse locations throughout Chicago/Chicagoland, so with that being said, I rate this location 3 stars, but give them 4 for cleanliness + how the employees handled the situation.
