You guys are so freaky fasssssssssst! My order took less than three minutes in total, that's how fasssssst! You even had to cut my sandwich in half. My review will be equally as fasssssst! My veggie sandwich could have used little more guac tho.

I have ordered from this location twice now. The first time I had a turkey sandwich, it was so good . Staff was very friendly. The second time was online in the app. I made a mistake and did not check the time for the pick up . I thought I set it up later , but actually did it sooner. The store called to ask if I still wanted the sandwich that I ordered earlier . I could not believe I screwed up . Called the back apologized and said I was on my way . They made a fresh sandwich for me . I thought that was just such great customer service. This sandwich was also very good . So when I want a sandwich I'll be back to this location again .

This review is strictly concerning the service or should I say, the lack there of. A friend and I were really craving Jimmy John's for lunch one day, but we weren't feeling like getting up to drive, so we opted for the delivery option instead. Upon checking the app, we were both so excited to see that we were in the delivery zone so we submitted our order. A couple moments later, I realized that I had forgotten to specify the exact building we were in so I called the store to let them in. Whomever answered the phone was incredibly rude from the start. She yelled into the phone that "she couldn't hear me," gave me attitude, and then huffed and puffed saying " oh we DONT go to ________".... Okay, well then why did my order go through...? I quickly asked for my money to be refunded, but it makes me wonder what would have happened had I not called to specify the delivery instructions Rude service

The bread here is very good, much better than subway which is dry and tasteless to me... Although they don't offer as many toppings as subway does they have still enough to choose from to make a tasty sandwich. I love their Italian subs with pancetta! Very good! I usually get a regular size but even the mini can make a substantial meal with a small side! Workers are friendly too!

Always makes the sandwiches fast and always has fresh ingredients. One thing I have to say that made me sick was when this location was remodeling, they stayed open and the restaurant smelled awful, so I literally had to walk out because who wants their food tasting like that? This location has been clean every time I have come here, but I do not come often, so I am not sure if that's how it always is or not. I always get the Italian sub with extra cheese, but I really feel like there is not much to any of the sandwiches. They aren't ever filled and I never am full after I eat them unless I get the $12 16'' which is crazy in price and not worth the calories. I love the taste of Jimmy John's and I definitely have days I really crave their food, but I am not a fan of the small sandwiches with barely anything inside of them. This goes for the whole company, not just this location.

I last visited this place June 3rd and I completely forgot to write a review. I had the best experience Ive had with online ordering. The app is super easy to use and sure enough when you're notified it was sitting there waiting for me. I usually get a unwich and customize it to my liking and needs. The gentleman even confirmed my order when I arrived (which seems simple enough but I appreciated it). Their unwich is always tightly wrapped and I can truly enjoy it like a sandwich and not a salad. My boyfriend has since been to this location and he also has had the same type of positive interactions.

Not sure if this is the portion management tells its employees to use or if the employee saw this to be fit. All can say is that this is a ridiculously small amount of tuna salad for the price. Even if it is the slim 3, which I have ordered many times before at other locations and never received this. JJ would be disappointed!

The service at this particular Jimmy John's is top notch! Today my grandmother (84 years old) left her purse at the restaurant. After eating delicious sandwiches, thinny chips, and some ice cold sodas, we had carried on with our day. She didn't even realize it was gone until someone rang the doorbell of her home around 6:45 pm. It was the manager from Jimmy John's dropping her purse off, where everything remained intact. There are still upstanding citizens in this world! Thank you to the wonderfully friendly, freaky fast, and incredible staff at this location! Not to mention it was extremely clean inside and well kept!
