The bread and veggies are fresh. They do put the bare minimum on the sandwiches and when I ask for extra the lady wanted to charge me for 7 extra olive slices. She ended up not charging me because I told her it is ridiculous how little they put on the subs. Sometimes saying something does help. Now they put more on there since I have been going more often. Everything has been really good since. I would recommend this subway for fresh subs, just speak up if they try to skim you on the veggies.

The guy working didn't have any customer service skill, Not friendly. I ordered a wrap and he put a little amount of meat and never had the littlest amount from any other subway. First time there and last time there!

Subway restaurant chain currently has an advertising campaign to attract new customers with coupons offering 2 for 1 sandwiches. If a franchise like this one in Niles is not honoring the coupons, shouldn't they have a large sign in their window warning customers of this fact, so the customer can choose to visit a site that IS honoring the coupons? This Niles franchise has a little sign attached to the front of the meat/veggie case, stating that they are not currently honoring coupons.

What can I say Subway is Subway right?!? Well not at this location, the owner here is super friendly and treats his customers great! Every though the food is awesome, service makes it even better! This location is highly recommended for its service and food!

This place is unbelievable. I think Subway should take a look at their franchisee. They serve absolute minimum of everything. That was the worst Subway sandwich I ever had. I asked for jalapeño and you ... two tiny slices. I even got just one single napkin. Avoid!!!!!

Subway in Niles, IL offering a promotion under their "Announcements !!!! Welcome to Subway !!!! The choice of Healhty Food. Try our new unbeatable special 3 Regular Footlong subs for $15.00 after 4.00pm everyday." No inclusion/exclusions no dates of any kind. The women behind the counter said knew anything about it. I had brought a screen shot of the promotion with me and the women initially stated that it starts next month. When I pointed out that there is no date or time span on the offer she said they would honor it. When I went to place the order (my first sandwich) she stated was the only one "not included" in that offer - hmmmm! thinking to myself - so they are aware of the offer on their site. A younger woman came from the back area and said there is no promotion like that - - - I asked her if she could access the internet and check their own site that it clearly shows what I had as a screen shot - the younger women said sure she would check. My little nephew was with me and he had seen her just walking back and forth. He came over to tell me what she was doing...he was actually cute about it. He came over a whispered to me that she lied, she's not doing what she said. Oh out of the mouths of babes. Don't like spending my hard earned money on lousy service and a product I can get in over 10 other locations within a 5 mile radius. Too bad Lisa Madigan, Attorney General is leaving office.

As a rule, I love Subway. Especially their new Breakfast menu, which is phenomenal. For a healthy breakfast sandwich and a GREAT cup of coffe at $2.50, you can't go wrong. However, this particular, franchised Subway badly needs training on customer hospitality. Especially when the employee speaks English poorly as a Second Language, and the owner has no respect for his customers by his actions. We went in on Saturday morning, and we ordered two breakfast sandwiches and coffee/drink. We were the only customers in there for the whole time. The woman got my friend's order pretty accurately, but when I asked her for the Steak and Egg sandwich, I got a measly amount of chopped steak on my sandwich. Since I have eaten that kind of sandwich many times before, I knew how much should've been on it, and it was nowhere close to it. I asked her why it was so little, and instead she added ANOTHER helping on top of that, mumbling that this should fix it. Here's the rub: The second portion she added was much fuller than the first helping! Then when I asked her why the portions were so different, she was having a great deal of problems trying to understand me and even conveying an answer. The manager/owner came out, rang us up at almost ten dollars for a $5.50 meal. I started to argue with him (he said that I asked for a DOUBLE portion of meat, which I did not) , but it was a losing battle with the guy. I took my sandwiches and sat down, frustrated, but immediately got up again and felt angry. I wanted a refund and the manager/owner was fairly rude. He said okay (and I got the refund), but then he insisted on reminding me that this is what I asked for, according to the employee. The manager/owner was extremely haughty and rude. Funny thing, after I told my friend at the table that the Subway near our house was MUCH better, the manager/owner (who heard this) got all apologetic and offered me the sandwich back for free, saying that (again) all they were going to do was throw it in the trash. I declined and we left as the manager started yelling at the employee in their native language, right behind the counter and in the public's view. How terribly unprofessional!! By the way, I also must mention that I wanted two types of artificial sweeteners in my coffee (Sweet and Low AND Equal). All the coffee condiments were behind the register and not where I could fix it myself. The manager/owner said that HE COULD ONLY GIVE ME ONE OR THE OTHER SWEETENER, BUT NOT BOTH. What the heck is THAT? Are we rationing now?? I think that this particular franchise of the Subway chain will never see my business again. The one at Harlem and Dempster is much kinder and cheerful. Two stars for food and if I could, ONE STAR for attitude. And NO stars for discussing the issue with the employee in their native language in my presence!

I came here with my mother this after noon 2-15-16. There was two ladies working here one was younger and she was taking care of us. This was the worst service I ever received. The lady was rude and had such bad attitude! Didn't listen to what I was saying to her. When she didn't give me what I asked for I asked again and got a death stare! I will never come here again nor will I recommend anyone to come to this specific location! Terrible just terrible service!!

Horrible. Sign on door says," restroom for customers only." I walk into wash my hands before I order and I'm reminded by the employees. It's Niles for god sakes! They also try to skim you on any veggies. I ordered foot long asked for pickles got 4 evenly placed..asked for spinach got 8 leaves evenly placed...been here several times and have had issues will not return. People shouldn't treat people as if they are trying to get over on them.
