What a great experience! You first enter into a smoke shops and then you go through into the actual lounge. Both are kept in great condition and easy to navigate! The smoke shop has everything a hookah smoker along with vape enthusiast would need. The hookah was phenomenal and they offer some food (I didn't get any) along with the common drinks. The hookah pulled amazing and was extremely well made! The people around us were friendly and we ended up staying a lot later than we intended to because of that! They have multiple TVs that you can change and watch whatever you want. In total, I walked in with an expectation of getting a decent hookah in Chicago and walked out with one of the best lounge experiences I have ever had. If you are ever in question of what lounge to go to, I recommend this one!

Abdul was top notch, he's one of a kind and fresh service by the way the Russian hookah bottles are smooth. I would recommend anyone to check Havana Hookah Lounge, by the way it's changing for better and great atmosphere and ambiance.

My flight got cancelled and we had to stay over night in Chicago. Decided to come here and we discovered this gem. Amazing service, setup and hookah. One of the best hookahs I've ever had outside the house. This place rocks if I can give 10 stars I would. Highly highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience at Havana Hookah Lounge. Would recommend the 3 way Abdul is the man, very professional and kind, checked in on us and switched our coals regularly.

Great location to chill for a short period of time, I'm giving only 4 stars because they only give you 2 hours to smoke your hookah then you're required to pay for a refill. I've been to many lounges, and they let you enjoy one fill for more than 2 hours. Overall though I'd consider coming again. Also unless you're okay paying 7$ a person to BYOB, it's not worth it to drink there.
