Food: 10/10 The chicken chipotle avocado melt is cheesy and has the best toasted bread. The baked potato soup is thick, creamy, and has a lot of potatoes and bacon in it. The chili is so hearty and meaty. Service: 10/10 Staff are nice, quick, and efficient. Food took about 5-10 minutes to be ready. Ambiance: 10/10 It is always clean and modern.

Really poor quality of service and food. I came in during an off-time. Plenty of staff and few customers. I ordered a to go breakfast sandwich and discovered on my drive home the saddest breakfast sandwich I've seen. It's supposed to be the bacon double takedown... where's the bacon and why is the egg basically non-existent.

It's next to the HIP so expect it to be packed, loud, and nasty. I went during my work break and the iced coffee was watered down so I basically wasted my break for nothing. Never coming back again lol. I go to a lot of different locations and this one is by far the worst in the area.

My husband and I ordered the Aciago chicken sandwich on Thursday and got food poisoning later that evening. My husband got sick as well. They need to look into better refrigeration systems or something. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Its awful

I love Panera anywhere but some are better than others. This Norridge one is nicer. The staff are nice and that's what counts most for me besides fresh food. The duet w tomato soup was a great deal! I got a side Greek salad and tomato soup and chips for only $6.99 plus tax. It's hard to beat that to be able to sit and relax and have free WiFi on cushioned seats. Thank you Panera for being such a comfortable and affordable place to eat and do some work and leisure surfing. My salad was fresh and the tomato soup was really good! The place is clean and big and plenty of seating for large groups. I also enjoy their juices when I want something sugary and tasty. Only thing is the AC doesn't need to be on when it's 50 degrees outside and cold. Please make it warm inside bc that's why customers come inside bc it's cozy and warm to sit in heat but at least not forced AC. Thank you.

Good place to stop by for lunch or dinner. Waited a bit in line because no worker was coming up to take the customers orders which was weird because there should usually be someone in the front. Other than that all went well. Ordered to eat in and got the pick two of the chipotle chicken avocado melt panini and a cesar salad with chips on the side. Also got a green tea, you can never go wrong with that drink. Salad wasn't the best, something was definitely off just couldn't tell if it was the cesar dressing or the lettuce. Dad which was da best. It's been my favorite thing there, a little spice from the chipotle dressing mixed with the vegetables and chicken and the crunchy bread. So good. Green tea 10/10. If you know you know. Overall good experience and not too busy when dining in but if your going to pick up or order or order to go then your going to have to wait a bit at this location.

The manager working 12/21 evening was excellent. She made sure to keep the establishment safe for patrons and was running everything VERY efficiently! She deserves recognition! (Glasses, dark hair)

I will begin here, I have taken home bagels home from this location, never disappoints. The staff and service are top notch very friendly staff, greeted upon walking in. The ambiance feels like home, very comfortable. The value duets are amazing and full of flavor, the menu has changed but it was a good change. The panera bread near the hip mall is a welcomed addition since it opened. I am glad I stop in when I in the area. Till next time.

Nothing special just good solid food at Panera. Last night we had a late of dinner of cream of chicken & wild rice soup (delicious) & 1/2 a sandwich. I had the toasted frontera chicken & my wife had the toasted smokehouse BBQ chicken (both delicious). Out the door for just over $20
