I've went to this place for a first time and I've checked out the reviews on Yelp about it. I have to say that I am surprised about bad rating of this location. People, you should share your good experience. Not only bad, come on! I made some pictures, look - this place is clean and well maintained. All ingredients looks fresh cut and tasty. I have a positive opinion about this place. My experience was great. I received my food fast. Sandwich was warm and I like the taste.

I go to this subway really often. The staff is nice and does a good job, the only issue is that the bread often feels a little stale or not fresh.. Friendly people, quick attentive service, and they make your sandwiches just how you like it. The place is shiny clean, comfortable table, chairs and sofas. The best part? They're open 24/7 and you can have food to go or eat it at one of the tables nearby. It feels good, positive, unhurried here, which is kind of weird since gas stations are transitory. But stop by sometime, get a sub. You'll see what I mean

Literally the best Subway I have ever been to. They keep everything fresh. The store is always clean. I have a lot of special requests when I go in and they always take care of me. There are lots of subways, but I always come back to this location because of the amazing employees that go above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent customer service. The store was clean and in order. I will be returning to this location. Thank you for making lunch a bright spot in my day. I recommend everyone to come here.

It's not often that I'd review a fast food chain like this. By definition, the service and food you get at a place like this is supposed to be mediocre and consistent across locations. So what's the point of reviewing a place when everyone already knows what to expect? Well, that is the point. When you don't get what you expect. And it's not always a place that delivers less than the expectation; there is the occasional place that over-delivers. Fortunately, I've experienced that and written a review for one of those as well. However, this Subway is not one of those. Two major "flaws" at this location. So I go there today and order a veggie delight. I asked for the shredded cheddar cheese... they're out. Then I asked for the pepper jack... they're out. Later for the dressings, I asked for Caesar... again no dice. I mean, these seem to be basic ingredients, right? And it's not like I was there late at night or something. This is 12:30pm, in the middle of the heart of lunchtime. On the other hand, it's not like this place was so crowded for lunch that they ran out. I was the only person in line when I got there. Is it so hard to stock the ingredients you're supposed to stock? Especially given how stingy this place is on ingredients. Which brings me to my second problem with these guys. So I'm getting this veggie delight, which comes with pretty much just cheese and guess what... veggies! So this guy making my sandwich is literally counting every piece of veggie he puts on my sandwich. It was like 5 black olives in my foot long sandwich, 4 pieces of green pepper, 4 slices of pickle. Ridiculous... I'm sure it wasn't just this sandwich guy, cuz this is the second or third time I've been and one thing they're consistent at is being stingy. Point being, it's not just the sandwich guy, I'm sure the owner must have given everyone specific instructions on how to be gyps. Do owners of such places really think they're going to boost profits by putting 3 less olives and 3 less pieces of pepper? Definitely not at the expense of an annoyed customer. This Subway has definitely lost me as a customer, and if the above bothers you then I urge you to skip out on this location as well. I'm sure there's a nearby location that knows how to execute on the basics.

Very bad customer service. My brother politely asked if they give out military discount?(which they do once I looked up online). She rudely responded "NO". I mean what's up with this bad attitude, at least have some respect for our military men.

This place gave me food poisoning from meat from their fridge. I ended up throwing up heavily ALL day long, and had the worse experience. Call owner and doesnt call me back. Called corporate and he emailed 25 minutes later on a Sunday! His response sorrry and We have taken steps to inspect all products in that store... No retribution, no call, nothing. This guy dont care about his customers, and their food protocol is not good. be careful. Thanks for the FRESH Food and fantastic customer service!
