I will give them 5 stars but they have very low staff and most of the young staff have no idea what they are doing remember some if not all the rides need to be supervised and have to be harness. If they don't know what they are doing your kids have potential risk to get hurt. They have 2 or 3 rides closed to lack of staff. Which they should tell you upfront before you pay full price for all the rides. I had fun but I was getting annoyed that non of the staff will want to open the rock climbing nor the flying ride nor a ride That spins because Insufficient staff. I had not seen my bra daughter for over a year we met There and we paid the most expensive ticket so she could ride all of them And those rides were Closed until I actually told A kid to please Let My granddaughter rock climbed and he said no we don't have enough staff but eventually after telling him we were there for only 2 Hours he let Her climb

We went to urban air for my nephew birthday. I bought pizza for the kids and they the staff over cooked the pizza. As you can see the sausage ar black. Also the crust tasted burnt. The kids refused to eat the pizza and we ended up throwing it away because they refused to give us a replacement even though we hadn't touch the pizza. They gaslight us saying the pizza wasn't burnt and it looked good and all the pizzas looked like that. All I have to say is don't waste your money. Update 10/23 Urban air responded to this review to contact them and leave my contact information. As of now no one has reached out to me after I reached out and as they requested.

We had a membership at the location in Naperville for a couple years. But we were in the area and needed a place to let the kids run wild for a bit so we headed in. This place is definitely not as clean as Naperville. I'm also glad that we didn't spring for the bigger package because half the stuff wasn't running. The worst part was we walked in at 4:25pm and by 6pm they told us our bands had expired even though at the sign in the front it says we get two hours. They wouldn't even sell my kid a coke on the way out the door. They also came on the intercom several times and told people to make sure parents had paid if they were on the trampolines and to be respectful of the employees. Shows the kind of demographic this place attracts. The shining star was the girl working the front counter. She was very nice. The security guard wearing what appeared to be a bulletproof vest was a little extreme. It's definitely a "no" for me.

I'm just reviewing the North Riverside location. I was disappointed at the number of amenities my son was able to do on their Deluxe Level. Three of the advertised attractions were closed for repairs. Understandable. But then some of their food choices were sold out, as well. The whole experience seemed run down. Even their entry doors were not working electronically, so you had to push through two heavy doors. Just felt we threw $$ away. Not going to go there again.

Not sure why the reviews are poor. I loved taking my preschooler here with his friend. They had so much fun on the trampolines and the dashing cars. They even did the photo booth which was so cute coz they weren't tall enough for it. haha the photos were only the tops of their heads.

What's not to like about this place. Yes it's $50 but parents are half off. You get a playtime for 2 hours with your kids that you can jump on the trampolines, zip line through the middle of the place (omg fun), go karts however many times, bumper cars that twist and loops you around, many wall climbing options and a few different course like American ninja for you to try. The food court had good options for food and drinks. Looks like they have at least 5/6 party rooms. We had a tonne of fun and surely will take the drive from the city again.

Took the kiddos here right after school for a fun afternoon out to only find out they open at 3pm so we had to wait outside. Ended up leaving and going to grab some food to return to a line full of chaos! This wasn't even a weekend day. Since the kids were so excited to play I had to wait in the long entrance line anyways. Once we paid for the high admission we had to pay for lockers to store our items ($5). Then the kids ran off to play they came back 10 mins later complaining that all the fun stuff (go karts, obstacle course, etc) was all packed and the lines were so long. I kept trying to get them to wait in the lines but they weren't happy about that they ended up not doing all the things we paid for because the lines were simply too long. They mostly jumped and did the "ball pit". The staff is basically all teenagers straight out of class and on their phones I couldn't even imagine having a kids party here a disaster! I can't even give advice I don't know how they could fix this location. Sorry

They were very well staffed and each station was organized and controlled. Meechi (?) And Antonio helped my son in the rock climbing area and they were FANTASTIC! They deserve employee of the month and a raise!! They were so helpful with my 6 year old, cheering him on, and patient with the kids! Great asses to Urban Air
