Drama and adventure. Lots of police in the parking lot. On to lunch. I needed a quick bite to eat after visiting mom and cleaning up her gravesite, and I chose Burger King. This was the first one we found on our way back. The restaurant was clean. It's the standard BK - nothing fancy, decent booths and tables. The soft drink multi-dispenser looked like it had been attacked with aggressive cleaners - the chrome was missing off the ice dispenser lever, and off the button. I've never seen one that damaged, and I've seen a bunch of them. We were greeted and our order taken. It took 7 minutes to get our food, and they weren't that busy. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and I had a Whopper with cheese. I watched my Whopper sit on the tray for 5 of those 7 minutes waiting for the chicken sandwich. By the time we sat down to eat, the Whopper was luke-warm The fries were pretty hot. My wife's chicken sandwich wasn't hot like straight from the fryer. So it could have been better. Reading other reviews, well, it seems like this is the status quo for this restaurant.

Hands Down the most filthiest food establishment in Oaklawn. But the hits don't stop there the EMPLOYEES are the Rudest people also. It's quite obvious they all Hate their jobs. You want a dirty establishment,rude service and lacklustre food well BK the place for you. Thankfully Christ Hospital emergency room only a block away so when you get a staff infection or food poisoning you can get help right away. I hear the marketing jingle in my head, BK dirty all the way and they're Rude!

Pulled in to the drive up at 5:30 on a Saturday evening and was told that they could not take my order because software updates were being run. What???? Not my first bad experience at this location, but it will certainly be my last. Operations at this location are an embarrassment. Please consider the sale of this location as you are in my neighborhood.

Close it down.... The workers don't want to be there, service sucks, food sucks. I've lived stop in a few times and it gets worse and worse.

I can't tell you how many times I've been in this drive thru for over half an hour just to be met with a rude employee at the window. (once you're in the drive thru there's no way out like other joints, you're in for the ride). Just go to another fast food spot, BK isn't worth the time or brain cells.

I recently moved in two blocks away. My son went up there and waited a long time and order was wrong and then cold. Girls working were goofing around. My husband tried another time and we got chicken sandwiches instead of fish. Today we walked up. Workers were on a cell phone goofing around and sweating. Our food was cold.. also the place is filthy. All the tables were dirty and the floor unswept. Instead of working they were playing around. We will not go back. Since there appears to be no manager maybe the owners don't care!
