Bought wings on Sunday and they weren't the best. I called in the same day and let when k ow I wasn't satisfied. They told me to bring back the food and they would make everything fresh. I decided I wouldn't go then and there. Came back 2 days later with the food and let the manager DJ know what happened. He happily made my wings to perfection and while I waited he gave me a free beer. Customer service like this is rare.

Was helped today by a waitress named Nina. Extremely excellent customer service, they even helped me charge my phone! Theres gaming available which is a perk, and everyone working seemed cheerful enough where it wasn't off putting. Clean restaurant and welcoming people means to me a returning customer! Food looked fantastic, though I did not partake... Definitely sights to behold hardy-har-har. Take time out of your routine and do yourself a solid by coming to this establishment!

I'm officially done with Hooters. The service is inconsistent and rude. The server bought my food and never came back with refills or the bill. I asked for Th Ed manager. A big guy came out and focused on being intimidating and doing the minimum. After I explained what had happened he flexed his muscles and asked if I wanted a refill. I asked him if he believed I had been treated appropriately he grudgingly acknowledged I hadn't. I asked for the bill. He begrudgingly removed the cheese sticks. In the process of running my credit card he stopped to have another conversation. Since he does not even care, I will not be back. Corporate needs to come in and watch this place for a month and as clean house and get rid of the people who don't care.

This place is so gross like I don't want no one's booty in my face and to me that's just unsanitary. I decided to give this place a try because I had never been. The waitresses need to wear more clothes. They're also so rude to not only me but to my friends as well. The food was nasty and not good at all. It tasted microwaved and I'm pretty sure it was since my plate was warm and my food was soggy. My friend and I had to wait longer for our food and by the time it got to the table my friends were already done eating. It was pretty dark in there not in a cozy way just dim and not as inviting as I've seen other resteraunts/bars be.

I visited Hooters on 92nd and Cicero with my dad, and we both had a fine dining experience! We ordered the 5-piece chicken tenders and 10-piece shrimp, both hot-flavored and double-dipped for extra saucy goodness. The tenders were perfect--crispy, juicy, and packed with hot flavor without being overpowering. The shrimp were nearly as impressive--just the right amount of crispy and just the right amount of flavor. Every bite was a win! A gigantic thank you to Nina, the supervisor on duty during our visit. Her service was far above and beyond the norm. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great meal. She deserves recognition and, honestly, a raise for handling everything with such professionalism and care. This Hooters restaurant delivered both food and service. If you're in the mood for crispy, saucy deliciousness served with genuine hospitality, you will not be disappointed by a visit with Nina!

Went to this Hooters a few weeks ago on a Saturday night with my teenage son, and the service was slow and shitty. Waited 45 mins+ for 10 wings and tater tots. When I asked to speak with the manager, our server got annoyed and brought out the manager dude, "M", who was rude and defensive, saying that it's a busy night and everyone is waiting for their food. He also started swearing at us and acted more defensive. Hey M -- are you saying the restaurant THAT YOU MANAGE is so unprepared that it can't handle a night that YOU SHOULD KNOW is typically going to be busy? Guess Manager M was overwhelmed. I asked for a discount due to the long wait for our meals, and Manager M said he would have to give a discount to everybody, then. When I told him that I'll never return to this Hooters, he basically didn't care. So, Hooters of Oak Lawn, congrats -- I'd come here frequently but never again. You should give Manager M a raise ... he definitely made it so the kitchen had less to worry about!

Waited 40 minutes for our food on top of that we had to wait 15 minutes just to get seated. Wings were very oily with almost no sauce. I saw a few flys flying around disgusting to be honest.

Our waiter was so mean she came 20 minutes after we sat down and didn't even write our food down? She gave us our drinks but we waited 1 hour to not get out food. Second of all she never came up to us to tell my family that our food was coming out or she's sorry for our food taking long please take action against your workers.

Waitstaff.... went there tonight and was told a 10 minute wait for party of two.. Sat outside until we got our text. In the meantime watched couples enter after us and sat at a table with no delay. We get our text and go in. Girl greeting guests then tells us she can't seat us until the other couples she sat right away get their drinks first. WTF?! We saw an empty table which she advised was to be ours but we couldn't sit yet. It wasn't dirty or had people sitting.... waitress was just spacing out her customers so she e didn't get overwhelmed. Anyway, we chose to dine elsewhere Hooters in Orland will get our business.
