Jalisco Express has been my go to spot for a good burrito in the Oak Lawn area. I have been going here for years. I decided to call in an order and go with a steak burrito. Always someone on the other line whenever I call in. Steak burrito was ready in 5 mins for a quick in and out. I'm greeted whenever I come in and I always leave with plenty of sauces and peppers to pair with what I get. Very bright and lively inside with a menu you cannot miss!

Been ordering tacos for the last month and Jalisco has the best flavor among those we have tried. Fast service whenever we order for take out or dine in as well. Happy tummy

Absolutely the best real Mexican food in the area. The food is excellent and the service is quick. It's not a fancy restaurant, more of a to go type setup with a few tables. You can dine it if you want and it looks like they're expanding. Very good stuff

Been coming here for years. But recently I'd say the food has gotten much better. Just ordered the steak fajitas tonight and my wife ordered the steak torta and it was great. My fajitas were well seasoned with the correct ratio of meat to veggies. The rice was good the beans were good. Her torta was fresh. Overall I thought our food was really good and the service was great. I dunno what these Karen's are talking about rude service I've been coming here all different times and I've never once experienced a rude service and the kitchen and dining area is always clean. If I had to complain about anything is they are kinda cheap with the spicy carrots and their hard, but I'm use to softer carrots from other places. Overall great food, great service.

If you're craving good Mexican food, you've got to check this place out. They have a window inside for ordering to-go and they also have a handful of tables inside for dine-in service. We called in a to-go order our first time trying the place and we have dined in twice since then. We walked in and sat down at one of the tables, and we were quickly greeted by our waitress. She brought out chips and salsa which were fresh and delicious. We ordered the steak nachos and the steak chimichanga burrito with a chile Relleno added inside. We also ordered a side of rice and beans. The service throughout our meal was excellent each time. The steak nachos (which we have ordered all 3 times) are scrumptious. They are fresh tortilla chips topped with steak, refried beans, cheese, avocado slices, and sour cream. They were so good we ate them all before I could snap a picture. The chimichanga burrito was also very tasty. The tortilla shell was perfectly crispy and the ingredients inside were fresh and delicious. The rice is flavored excellently and the steak is not fatty and grisly like I've found at other restaurants. We've been searching for a new spot for burritos and steak nachos as we moved pretty far away from our old favorite and this spot is everything we wanted and more. They're also open a lot later than most other restaurants around. I highly recommend checking this place out the next time you want high quality, fairly priced Mexican food.

I just ordered steak Fajita today. It was terrible. The service was terrible. I did not receive napkins or plastic utensils. The order was incomplete. I regret the 52.00 waisted on 2 fajitas dinners. The nasty lady at the register with thick dark lipstick was the most rude and disrespectful person I've ever encountered in a restaurant. I've never left a review for a business that washas absolutely no taste. Don't be fooled by all the color in the food. It's bland. Nasty. Over priced. I demanded a refund the man told me they don't work for free. They forgot my drinks and didn't apologize. They acted annoyed. They don't give salad or avocado you have to ASK for it like. Online it says 14.99 lunch he charged 19.99 He said it was a fake page. Which is a lie. Never eat this fake dirty disgusting over priced filth. Trust me.

Been here a ton of times and it never disappoints. It's cheap, quick and it is delicious at any time. Recently switched up their red salsa and enjoy it even more. We've catered from here and the amount of food you get is ridiculous. You can't go wrong. Blows away the similarly named place down the street.

All tacos were delicious and flavorful! Service was top tier. A must try if your in the area, it's much better than any other place I've visited. Doesn't look like much, but the ambiance is great inside.
