If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible service at this subway. They were so slow and then the girl in the back had to be called out to help what appeared to be a manager. The phone rings and she screwed up the order. The "manager" asked if I would buy the screwed up sandwich for a 2 dollar discount. Um no, there was something on there that my child would not eat why would I give you extra money for something that is going to be thrown away! I will not choose this subway every again it has gone down hill

Very unsanitary. While the lady was making my sandwich she dropped the pan thy they use to put the sandwiches in the oven, instead of cleaning it just picks it up off the floor sets it on the counter where they make the sandwiches and put its back in the oven. I was so disgusted I just left.

This location is very near where I live but I've decided to not go there anymore. They have cheated my son several times when making a salad for me. The bowl was half full of ingredients. When I called to let them know I was very disgusted about the salad because the bowl was only half full. True that my son should have been paying more attention but they shouln't present an inferior product. They wanted him to bring the salad back but we were home and trying to relax after a full work day so I just ate the 1/2 salad that they made. Also they have what appears to be a piece of cardboard up covering the area where the meats are so you can't see what's there. The vegetable area is visible. I don't understand why they don't want you to see the meat area. I've never seen that at any other Subway location.

So i got a steak cheese with ranch. there is no cheese i call and he's being ignorant and tell me just order double then, but i've gotten this every single time i go there, i know what the cheese looks like on it and i can clearly taste that it's only ranch.

I don't like this location. Before you even walk in there's a sign greeting you at the door which reads. " strict 30 minute dine in". My first thought is my elderly mother who takes her time and may end up taking her more than 30 minutes to eat her sub not only that but to enjoy her time too. Wouldn't it look like people are interested in subway if they aren't being rushed to eat. It's really nasty inside. The food was good as usual but the service was lousy, the guy that took my food gave me the impression that he didn't care. So I didn't want to stay inside because I know I'll probably end up taking 35 minutes to eat, write a review about this place too which I rather did in the comfort in my car.

I ordered a chopped salad and the clerk tore a few pieces of spinach into my salad, nothing else was chopped. The salad barely filled half the bowl. The clerk barely said anything and in such a low tone that me and my young friend had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying. It is overpriced for the food you are purchasing. I now understand why it didn't have any customer at 6pm on a Friday.

I only came for a baked goody today But I have been here before I don't remember any type of issues with my sandwich or customerservice everything is quick and proud I've never had to wait a long time to be served say listen exactly how you want your food and there's no frills but no fuss either

staff was very rude. the lady making my sandwich had a nasty face the whole time and even rolling her eyes when my grandma was deciding what meat she wanted. If you don't have the patience to work here then quit and find a job where people don't have to see the nasty faces you make. and on top of all that, the dining area was extremely dirty. crumbs on the tables and chairs, trash cans were packed, and the floors were covered in leaves. If i could 0 stars i would because this place is not deserving of 1 star.
