To say that Blair is an incredible wedding planner would be an understatement. Blair worked with my husband Chris and I over the last year and a half and throughout the entire planning and execution process Blair was tactical, thoughtful, and incredibly focused on the details. For newly engaged couples, wedding planning can be stressful and for us, COVID-19 added a completely new layer of unforeseen challenges which Blair navigated without ever missing a beat. We changed locations, guest counts and a million other details and Blair gave us the confidence and assurance we needed to pull off a wedding that far surpassed our wildest dreams and expectations. Blair doesn't treat her clients as numbers, she treats her clients as friends which is something I always appreciated. I constantly looked forward to our planning meetings and always felt comfortable reaching out with any of my questions. From our first meeting to our wedding day, Blair went above and beyond to make sure that everything was always 1 step above perfect. Choosing Blair as our wedding planner was the smartest decision we made throughout our wedding process and if given the opportunity, we would do it all over again. If you are in need of a wedding planner or coordinator, we cannot recommend BW Studio + Events enough.

Ok if you are looking for a wedding planner / day-of coordinator - STOP LOOKING NOW. Blair is honestly INCREDIBLE. She was always SO helpful and patient, even when I had my freakout moments. We went into our wedding not thinking we were going to hire a day of coordinator, but as we had more and more moving parts, we knew that we needed one. I looked everywhere and when I found BW Studio, just looking at the website, I knew that I found the perfect coordinator and we were so fortunate that she was available for our special day. She was reassuring and helpful planning a wedding during a pandemic, and leading up to the day of, we met with her multiple times and she came to our rehearsal dinner and was patient with some of our more rowdy members of our bridal party (and my dad). The day of comes around and she was always there while making sure everything was going smoothly, and boy, I always thought at weddings things went wrong, but nothing did (that I know of). It was beautiful, she worked great with all my other vendors, and to add to it, our hotel forgot a shuttle at the end of the night and there weren't any ubers, and she drove some of my guests back to the hotel!!! Honestly, if you aren't sure if you need a day-of coordinator or planner for your wedding - you do. And you NEED to hire BW Studio - I will always recommend. THANK YOU BLAIR!!!!

I wish I could give Blair more than 5 stars!!! My wedding truly could not have happened without her. From our first meeting to the day of, Blair was so helpful. She thinks of every last detail and is willing to go above and beyond to make your day perfect. Although she claims to be a "day of coordinator" she works her butt off behind the scenes way before your big day. When we postponed due to Covid, Blair reached out to every single vendor and made the rescheduling process way easier. The day of our wedding, Blair and her team created the most beautiful setup and handled all vendors. I did not have to think about a thing that day except enjoying every second. What more could you ask for! If you're at all debating hiring a coordinator, you need to hire Blair. She was the best investment of our big day!

Blair was absolutely amazing!! Blair is very quick to respond to all communication and very thorough in all of her advice / answers. She is incredibly helpful. When we ran into an issue with another vendor, Blair immediately came to the rescue and sent us multiple recommendations / check ins the same day! This made me feel so much less stress !! She was absolutely AMAZING for our set up! We had SOOO many little details to be set up and she & her husband set up everything PERFECTLY!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw our venue and how everything came together!! She was wonderful in designing our timeline & worked with me to make it work. She had incredible communication with our whole team. I am so glad we found Blair, thank you!!

I would highly recommend BW Studios to any couple planning their wedding. We had Blair and her team for day of coordination on our wedding day as well as for the rehearsal. Blair was organized, respectful, and truly an amazing person to have in control of our wedding day. Everything went off without a hitch and we only heard great things about her and her team from our wedding party and guests. From handling the day or decor set up to tear down, Blair provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our day with friends and family. Do not hesitate is working with BW Studios if you are looking for a stress-free and fun wedding day!

I would recommend BW Studios and Events to anyone. Blair was amazing. She helped me with planning my wedding from start ro finish. She is extremely friendly and great to work with. Everything I asked for she did. We had several meetings and conversations to go over what I want and all my expectations. She even went to the Venue to see how it looks to get a better idea of where things will need to be. I know most grooms will say you don't need a planner/coordinator, but you do and even my husband agreed afterwards. Blair is extremely organized and Truly enjoys her what she does. She is extremely responsive and followed up with every question I had right away. She created a day of timeline which helped a lot. Her and her husband set up all my decorations and took them down without a problem. She coordinated with all my vendors to make sure they were all set with everything needed from them. Her first concern was us and made sure anything and everything we needed She did. Nothing was a bother to her and the day ran absolutely flawless with NO STRESS, which is what every couple wants on their special day. Again, I cant stress enough how lucky i am to have found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator for a wedding. I also gained a great friend.
