Ordered online special for 9.99. When we walked in there were 4 people at the counter and not one person greeted us or spoke a word! Not one person asked if they could help us, if we wanted to order or pick up, nothing! Customer service was atrocious. When we asked we were told our pizza was still in the oven and it would be 5 minutes. Pizza definitely not worth the price or the terrible customer service experience.

This is for the Forest Park location on Madison. 2nd incorrect order from them. I know Dominos is "budget" pizza, but this order was unacceptable. Don't charge customers for extra toppings if you are going to give less than what I've recieved when ordering a normal amount. The other pizza I ordered was incorrectly cut and instead of fixing it the employee very obviously tried to cut over it. Leaving the pizza with these awkwardly sized cuts. Not to mention the crust of the pizza and toppings were incorrect. I'm quite sure given the lukewarm (if that) temperature of pizza, I received some other (un?)fortunate souls order. On second thought, they are probably more fortunate than me assuming they decided to pass on picking up their order. After calling the store back, I get a lackluster suggestion to bring the incorrectly cut pizza back to remake it. They refuse any correction for the other pizza. Instead they give a spiel about the weight of the pizza accounting for the toppings when I could count less than 20 pieces of sausage on the pizza and have ordered it in the past. I will not be back to Dominos.

I just ordered a pizza for me and mom to watch the NBA Finals. The Domino is down the street 5 minutes away.. my mom lives in a senior building with a elevator and security cameras and guard... Domino driver and the manager told my mom that she have to come to the driver's car to get the pizza because they don't do door service and when I call domino the manager told me don't to black senior citizens because she might have the coronavirus. I told the manager to keep their plaza and I'll get my money and I'll be reporting it to the proper authorities... this domino discriminate against senior citizens and I deleted their app off phone

I love domino's and I will continue ordering their pizza, but not from this location. Most of their employees are very nice and respectful, but their delivery guy Horace is awful. He left my pizza in the street because he claimed that I didn't answer my phone fast enough, he then yelled at me upon delivering my pizza the second time stating that I've ruined his night making him drive here twice (I live 6 minutes away from the dominos). He complained to me about the all the gas he was spending to deliver my order which is unprofessional and simply a part of his job. I will never order from this location again just out of fear of encountering this man. I really don't appreciate how bad he made me feel. All I was trying to do was order some pizza for my roomate and I.

OK, first, let me be clear. My four star ranking isn't due to ranking Domino's pizza versus local Chicago pizza places. They're not even in the same league as area favorites, many that have been around for decades and serve up some of the best pizza in the country. But this ranking is in consideration of the value that I paid for the meal, the service received and the basic quality of the food itself. I had heard that they have a special - $7.99 for a large three topping pizza via carryout at the store. So, I decided to give it a shot and decided to try and order online. After strolling around on the website for about 10 minutes, I try and order what seems to be a pizza of the type that I am seeking. Checkout time comes and I'm looking at a $16 tab. Screw it - I'll just call and ask. Which is what I did and got my correct order placed in about a minute and a half. Online ordering, be it at Domino's or most other food establishments, is way overrated. Makes a mountain out of a molehill - I'll stick with calling in. I got to the place and saw my order coming out of the oven. It did sit there awhile before it finally got into my hands, but it wasn't all that long. Staff was pleasant. Pizza was hot when I got home and prepared as ordered. On a cost basis, given that it's really 2-3 meals for less than $9, it's hard to find a better value.

FreeChicken! I was going to title this review "FreeBird" but some rock band already has the rights to it.....yeah. But why FreeChicken? Because that's precisely what I got after picking up my order on a Monday afternoon. Dominos features a carryout-only weekday deal that's a large 3-topping pizza for $7.99, which is a pretty good deal. When I went to go retrieve my hot cheesy circle of dough, I was also given an order of a two dozen bone-in buffalo wings, something I definitely did not order. You know that 'Chance' card in Monopoly that says something like '....bank error in your favor, collect $250'? Well this was the real-life food equivalent of that. Restaurant error in your favor, collect 25 chicken wings! And that's when my subconscious started up: *shoulder angel*: "it's not yours, so don't take it. that food belongs to another customer." *shoulder demon*: "holy sh*t dude free f*cking chicken, take that sh*t and RUN!" Guess who won that battle? Yep, the one with the horns [sidenote: he's a vulgar little guy, but a ton of fun to hang out with]. So I powerwalked/sprinted away 12 wings the richer. Dominos' mix-up sucks for that other person, but yay for me! Drivers have been cool from past experiences, and they have a cool online pizza tracker that gives you updates on when your food's in the oven, out for delivery, etc, which I think is an awesome feature. Prices are low and this location is open until 10:30pm, which is good but not as late as I'd like to see. Their crust on a hand-tossed 'za is lovely. Does it seem silly / pointless for me to give Dominos my bread & circuses rating? Yes. Am I going to do it anyways? Yes. Bread = 4 Circuses = 3.5 If you need a (cheap) pizza and you need it (relatively) soon, give your local Dominos a buzz. Cuz hey, maybe they'll screw up and thrown in some FreeChicken awwwwww yeaaaahhhh.

I have teenagers so Domino's has been an inexpensive go-to​ dinner option on busy work nights. However, my local Domino's on Chicago, Ave. is no longer a dining option. The recent hiring of rude employees and their use of unsanitary​ ​practices has led me to find alternative options. I walked into the​ restaurant and an employee was on the phone​ taking orders while kneading​ dough away from the food prep area. I asked was this practice sanitary? The employee rolled her eyes at me and threw the dough in the trash. She went back to the food prep area and rudely talked about ME... while I was still standing in the restaurant. I asked was there a problem with me questioning the cleanliness of the restaurant and she went off on me and yelled, "I WASN'T EVEN TALKING TO YOU, I WAS TALKING TO MY COWORKERS!" She went back and forth with me for 5 minutes before my business was resolved. She gave me her name and the name of her manager rudely because she knew there would be little or no consequences for her rude behavior. I didn't mind her talking about me, and telling me to mind my own business... I mattered that she would do it while I was still standing in the restaurant! Customer service is EVERYTHING! Companies should invest more time in training their staff on how to display good customer service and how to defuse​ situations in a way that maintains the integrity​ of their brand. General food prep training would be good too...hair nets, gloves, and keeping food in the food​ prep area would be good ideas as well. The service was ratchet and they lost a good customer.

I can't get enough of Dominos! I am truly a fan now. The medium chicken, spinach and feta pizza was baked to perfection and arrived just as hot as if I had placed the order there and dined in. I never order dessert but the Chocolate Lava Crunch Cake was so warm and moist and the crunchy outside took nothing away from the gooey inside. I will definitely order again.

I ordered on July 10,2020 but my salad expired on July 4, 2020. I could understand a day but almost a week later is pretty ridiculous. The manager offered a credit for the salad, I would like a refund.
