We only dropped off here on the one way from Colorado, but everyone was nice. The lower ratings is because after being asked if I wanted a paper copy, nobody ever spoke to me again. The location is convenient and the drop-off was pain free.

Horrible customer service. I wasted $100 ubering back and forth because they didn't have a single car available for the reservation they took. Didn't provide a courtesy call to let me know nothing was available either. Finally, they provided absolutely zero assistance in finding a car at another location. Horrible experience

Enterprise Car Rental at OAK is a true 10 in customer service. Each and every time I've been to the Bay Area, I fly into OAK and choose Enterprise. They have an amazing staff who is professional, friendly and extremely efficient. From picking up the car to returning it, they make it quick and easy. Keep up the exlempary job you all do!! I'll be back again and will choose for my car rental.

This site would be so much better if they'd wash their cars before you get them. Every time I show up I have to wait 15 mins while they wash the car. The place is empty. Why am I waiting for this to be done? Can you please wash their cars before cars when they're returned so they're ready to go for others at pickup?

I have been renting cars at this location for at least 6 yrs. I have never received a clean care and have resolved to the fact that it's just not going to happen. But may last two rentals have been a nightmare. I reserved a van in May and they called me the night before to say it wasn't available. No help to find another one nothing. I reserved a car this past Friday, they sent out a text to "confirm" the reservation and I get there, they check me in and swipe my card only to tell me "oh unfortunately we don't have any cars, and we are unsure when one will be in".... When I asked why wasn't I informed of this before he swiped my credit card he then begin to gaslight me saying I was getting loud with him. I never raised my voice. Not one octave, the disrespect for me and my time is unforgivable. There is always an issue with this location and lack of service and inventory. Stop wasting peoples time if you can't meet that need of your "confirmed reservations" then you need to reevaluate your system and do something else. This is poor customer service and you do it with such distain, no compassion and an utter disrespect for your customers.

Don't bother calling the Oak Park location ever at anytime of the day. Was told by the manager on duty that they don't respond to phone calls, only emails. In the meantime their business cards and website list a phone number. When you call their number you are put on automatic hold with a recording stating "all agents are busy, please continue to hold for the next available representative". The recording never lets the customer know that their call will remain unanswered and to send an email instead. I have never heard of a business that doesn't allow paying customers to call them. Not everyone has access to a computer or internet access at all time. I am curious to know if their corporate office has the same poor attitude towards their customers. PS: when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their no-phone call policy, the manager very condescendingly replied " thank you, happy Mother's day" and went inside his office. I wonder if he would have had that attitude if I was a man...

Reserved a suv a few days ago and got a confirmation. Today I'm waiting at the front door and they can't give me a vehicle because it's not here. Why didn't they just cancel it before I took a Uber here. The worst location ever

Adrian and Armando...just two of the amazing staff members at this location who are 100% hustling for their clients. There is an absolute culture of professionalism and exceptional customer service that permeates this branch. To a person, each staff member looks you in the eye and shakes your hand when the deal is done. What an absolute pleasure to being my business to this location. I have rented vehicles about 10 times over a course of several years at this particular location in Oak Park near my house. I always have had excellent customer service, good communication and pleasant experience. I just rented a vehicle and Diego was especially helpful, informative and nice. All the representatives we really great and I feel very fortunate that this location is close. I 100% recommend Enterprise in Oak Park. Thank you Diego and everyone at Enterprise!
