For the last three or more times of ordering my food from here has been messed up ! This spot at one time was the cream of the Wendy's franchise, now it's the ashtray! I order from the app to pick up and of course my order was made wrong! Order a single with cheese....cold, veggies wilted,but burger ice cold!!! Order a chicken sandwich with everything... and add ketchup. No ketchup,no lettuce , no tomato...and ice cold!!!! Oh yes I picked it up on time too.... Ice cold!!!! Stop being gross please and bring back the integrity and pride that your franchise once had! In this economy I will not be wasting my money to a place that can't follow what's printed on their on receipt! Please do better!

Perfectly fine Single combo meal with Diet Coke for $10.99. Made correctly to order, ready quickly, fries are hot and nicely crunchy. Included several ketchup packets without my having to ask. It was weird having the new AI-generated drive thru process, first time for me, but everything was correct, so it worked out. Staff were polite and efficient. I didn't go inside so I can't speak to the dining room experience, but had a great drive thru experience today.

I am very upset, I eat at Wendy's (11 n Harlem in Oak Park) six days an I eat at Wendy's six days a week; I use the mobile app and it was suggested that I use the dine in Feature so that my food will be ready when I arrive at the window. Everything was going smooth until today when I was informed that the new manager is requiring us to come in and pick up our order. This is an inconvenience and a Ludacris rule which defeats the purpose of a drive up window. If this isn't fixed, I will no longer be ordering my food at this Wendy's or any other Wendy's.

They have a manager who is short in about Latino. I would say she lets her team fool around at night during the morning time. They allowed really rude to their customers and she just sits there and allow. She's rude also as well. Their business has really gone down a lot, we are in a nice neighborhood. I really don't expect nonsense behavior, especially after I already addressed it to her. She thought it was funny.

I've ordered with the app for delivery multiple times. I order the chocolate brownie batter frosty. Multiple times now I've gotten vanilla and once I got a vanilla frosty with a burger and nuggets. It's NOT the drivers fault because the receipt is stuck to the bag or order. I'm not sure if they just don't care, are idiots or what but this is insane.

Me and my family ordered our food and right when we pulled up to the window they said "Large Coke?" When we ordered a large fries.I ordered a jr Bacon cheeseburger.and got a Hamburger.THEY HAD THREE PEOPLE AT THE REGISTER.Just tapping on the screen and doing random things.terrible customer fries not hot like why isn't this place down all ready.

What is up with the soda machines at this location???? Either broken or out of nearly everything??? I avoid this Wendy's due to this ongoing problem. And I mean ongoing for months and months. Other Wendy's not a problem - must be a management issue.

This Wendy's is a bother. About 50% of the time we go there "the system is down" or "they don't have frostys right now." It's too often to be a coincidence. When we do get burgers and tuck into them immediately, they're often not hot. It's not a well run example of a Wendy's.

I signed up for Yelp just to write this :/ I wish I could give zero stars. As a resident of Oak Park for the past 30 years, I have seen this Wendy's go through so many "under new management" transitions, I can't even count them. And every single time, the same issues. Apparently, it just does not matter who is in management at this place. I don't know if the corner is cursed or what. Throw the whole plot of land away at this point. They just need to open a different restaurant there. Either the systems are down, they are not accepting cash, they are not accepting cards, the shift is changing, they don't have salads, they don't have the dressing for the salad, they don't have burgers, they don't have frostys, they don't have food :/ Tonight the reason was, the system is rebooting. What is UP with this place!? Just bulldoze it.

The customer service was also lacking, as the employees seemed uninterested and unengaged with their job. Tbe food wasn't what I expected, so It wouldn't do any justice by recommending this location. I wish I could add more, so I'll let this one bad experience be a lesson #sundayblues
