I was really excited to try the chicken sandwiches at Wingstop, so we ordered a couple spicy ones online for pick-up. When we arrived, it was quite busy, but our order was ready in the estimated time. It took a little bit for someone to help us though and it was unclear if there was a separate pick-up line from ordering. The chicken sandwiches were pretty dry and stringy. I wasn't a big fan. I only got a couple of pickles on there too and the bread is very thick. For sides, I decided to order the buffalo fries. It clearly had been drenched in sauce so much that the fries weren't crispy anymore. I'd recommend asking for sauce on the side if that is an option.

I ordered $70 worth of food, the order should have included 2 large fried corn I got home I had 2 small fried corn called the store, and spoke to Henry the manager of this location he agreed to replace my items. I'm fine with that but it became a problem when I stated to him that I'm not coming back today or tomorrow his statement to me was that I only have two weeks to get my missing item. First of all, you will not put a time limit on how long I have to get something that I paid for and should have been in my bag to begin with. Secondly, after having a missing item I'm not too quick to want to visit any Wingstop anytime soon. I called the 800 number to report my experience. No response, my order was placed on 10/07 I emailed and have called the 800 number 3 times since then and still no response...I'M DONE WITH WINGSTOP!!!

I went here on my 45min lunch break. I work at Rush Oak Park which is 4mins away. I asked for 10 lemon pepper wings, extra lemon pepper. I finally got my food, went back to work and my wings were almost bland. Not even the regular amount of lemon pepper seasoning was on them. I only had about 15mins left for my break so I decided just to call, explain the situation and ask can I come get lemon pepper sauce on the side when I get off work at 11PM. I called and the young lady said sure I'll just make you a fresh batch of wings instead. She asked me to call before I leave work so they would be fresh. I called at 10:45PM, the young lady says I'll drop your wing right now. I left work at 11:15 and when I got there the same young lady said oh yeah ill go drop your wings now. I was pissed. I asked what happened to dropping them 30mins ago. I had been at work all day and I didn't have anything to eat for lunch. She told me that they used the wings she'd cooked for me because they had too many orders coming in. She then walks to the back and comes back and tries to hand me lemon pepper seasoning and says, "is this good?" After I told her no because that's not what she said over the phone she told me the next batch of chicken won't be ready until 7 more mins. So I waited, got my new order and when I got home it looked like they had dumped a pile of seasoning on the wings and they were sitting in grease. I was so disappointed. Never again.

Do not go to this location. I ordered a 30 piece crew pack bone in which came to over 40 dollars. I get home and out of the 30 pieces of chicken I received 26 drums and four flats. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she stated that the amount of flats that each order receives is up to the cooks discretion. I paid my money and this is the type of service I get. Food is too expensive to deal with this non sense. Never again

The Madison street Wingstop, also known as the BAD Wingstop, has always been kind of a joke. It's been something of a bit between my wife and our roommate that if you put in an order in the app and let the timer expire, and then wait another 5-10 minutes before finally leaving the apartment, they might finally have your order ready by the time you get there. Maybe. Often even with that I've found there is an even chance of walking into the location and finding myself sitting down next to small platoon of uber eats drivers who are in the same position as me, waiting for an order that should have been ready twenty minutes ago. During these hellish visits to this location, I've found the staff less than helpful, reacting with a mix of annoyance, indifference and (most worryingly) confusion at my concerns and frustrations regarding my order. I've had staff unable to track the name that the order was under, despite me repeating it to them several times. Despite the inevitability that a visit to this location would become an ordeal, the joke was mostly funny. I'd still get my wings, my order would mostly be accurate, the food would still be good. However, much like a latter-day season of The Simpsons, the belabored attempt to embellish on a previous joke has made it no longer funny. Late orders come with the territory. Talking with a cashier tries to insist our order was another name, was also sadly familiar. But the discovery that our order was given away, after an hour and a half of lying about it, was a new low, quickly eclipsed by the refusal of staff to remake that order. One would imagine this situation would be a source of an embarrassment for the management of a business, the kind that would result in refunds or perhaps even discounts to make up for the trouble. Emmanual, however, isn't most managers. His steadfast refusal to help, to ask us to jump through additional hoops before assistance would even be provided, despite the staggering failure of his establishment to provide the bare minimum, is a sour enough punchline to refuse to never order from this establishment ever again. That is what I hope to convince you to do as well. It may be the only Wingstop in Oak Park north of 290, but I'd rather go to Berwyn or even further to avoid going to this Wingstop ever again. My hope is that someday the current franchisee will sell to a perspective owner who gives a damn, or maybe someone else will move into the Oak Park market and put this location to shame. Either way, I hope you will join me in accelerating the current owners' decline by refusing to give them business.
