Five Stars for Midwest Transit system! Tracy and Jim helped us select the perfect limo for my In Laws 65th Anniversary party. Sam was our driver and he was very courteous and extremely patient with us! Sam drove us downtown to our dinner destination and then back home. Used Midwest Transit for my daughter's wedding. Tracy and Jim were great to work with. They even accommodated a last minute add to our schedule! The drivers were prompt and the limo vans were new, clean and comfortable! Definitely an important part to the wedding weekend!

I used Midwest Transit to hire a Trolley for our wedding. It was a beautiful San Francisco Style Trolley. It was clean and the driver was extremly nice. I would highly recommend especially since they are very price-competitive.

I requested a quote from this company and received correspondence directly from the owner Jim, which I thought was a good thing. Not only did he refer to me incorrectly, he was very pretentious in his email when I referred to a competitor offering a lower price, he stated his quality of service was way above any other and inferred he didn't want my business anyway. He also used inappropriate language and made fun of me in a response back to me. It was a very rude email correspondence and I will never use or recommend this place to anyone. I have never been so offended in my life by a company offering a service.

I won a gift certificate for round trip transportation to and from the airport at a wedding vendor event. We used it for some friends coming from France the day before our wedding since we wouldn't have time to pick them up ourselves. I worked with Tracy who was really friendly and professional. We went over a contract a couple of times before it was signed and she was very accommodating to our needs. The day of the pick up, the driver was on time and the car was a nice looking new black Suburban type vehicle. When it was time to leave, again the driver was on time and professional. My only "complaint" would be that I had to pay an additional fee for a greeter with a name board and it couldn't be rolled into our gift certificate. Our friend's phones didn't work in the U.S. and they don't speak English, so communication between cell phones with the driver was not an option. Overall though, I was happy with the service, the people we worked with and most importantly, everyone arrived everywhere on time and in style.
