I stopped in for a bite. I received excellent customer service. I don't like the wait for food at a fast food establishment. I received my order promptly, and serving size was nice. The restaurant was clean and maintained. I will return based on my experience.

I don't know what happened to this place, but the service level has taken a deep nose dive. Placing an order here and waiting for your food is like watching molasses flow in the dead of winter. Also the old crew would greet you and make sure your order was complete. Now they grunt your name and toss the order on the counter. And from what I seen today, most of those orders were wrong. And the late night drive thru is a joke, I swear they take an order, make your food, and deliver it to you, then they take the next order. The only reason I put up with this nonsense is that I do have a taste for the food here every now and then.

I went through the drive-throughI ordered a number 2 I got the wrong order and the guy wasn't comprehending my order. Finally I just canceled and asked for a refund. They need to get it together. I was at this location on 9/19/24 at 1:51pm. I ordered and received 5 soft shell beef tacos. They were awful. Soggy lettuce, maybe a teaspoon of meat and some cheese, of course I wasn't aware of this until I got my order home. Must have been left over from lunch. I was charged for this mess a total of $10.40. Never again. I use to love Taco Bell, sadly I still have some gift cards left This place was a terrible experience!!! Virginia

This is my neighborhood Taco Bell, and as such I visit fairly frequently. So you can consider this a more balanced review, as opposed to someone who visited just once and unfortunately had a crappy experience, then couldn't wait to rip them here on Yelp. For the most part, the people working here have been pretty friendly. And the food has been good. Have there been a couple of times when that wasn't the case? Sure. But that's what you're going to get with fast food. There's a ton of turnover, and some people working these jobs just don't care. So when you unfortunately come across these people your service and food are likely to be subpar. But the ones who do care work hard to get it right and do it in a friendly manner, and I can honestly say I've luckily seen this most of the time I've gone there. One thing I highly recommend though: if you see a long line at the drive-thru, just park and go inside. Trust me. The drive-thru can move at a snail's pace and once you're in that line you're stuck. So don't be lazy, get your ass out of the car and walk inside. You'll be glad you did.
