The ambiance of this place is great! Black lighting throughout makes the unique Day-of-the-Dead decor pop. The service was outstanding. Great drinks. The food selection is extremely limited. That's the only thing that I would have liked to have more of. Simple finger food is all that is offered at this time. It would nice if they would offer tequila flights to try out their wide selection. The location is very good. Right in the heart of Riverside by the train station. All in all it's a great place to meet up with friends for a drink.

The drinks here are awesome! They do serve several of their specialty drinks in these skull mugs which are pretty cool. We did not eat but when it comes to food they have some appetizers to order from. The decorations and lighting inside makes the experience that much better. We did sit at the bar and service was good. No complaints. Definitely recommend!

Not a huge menu but good for late night snack. Bartenders muddle everything when you order. And they are always really nice. Savory or sweet there's something for everyone. I love the decor here reminds me of Sayulita with all the artwork.

Came in for drinks and guacamole. Excellent skinny margarita; very knowledgeable and friendly bartender. Guac was fresh and clearly homemade. Didn't order a whole meal so this review just reflects drinks and app. Cozy spot. Casual ambiance.

Wanted to check out riverside and it's located nicely in their downtown area. Parking is pretty easy. We did like the drinks and the decor was unique. The downside was that it took such a long time to get our drinks despite there being multiple servers and Or bartenders. Also, they need to update their drink prices and include information on surcharges. It was annoying to see the bill.

Went there this weekend. The place seemed OK, it was very dusty and overdid it with the dollar tree Chachki for decoration. The service was horrible. The drinks were terrible. The place had about 35 guess and three employees working they could not keep up. I don't think I would go there again.

The drinks were on point. The ambiance was great. Service was good. We'll definitely be back. Note: since there are some one star reviews that don't seem fair at all.... if you can read directions, they clearly give you a heads up with signage when you walk in, and on the menu itself, that there is a 2 hour limit. They seem to enforce it, so if you have a problem, maybe just don't come and don't complain. Those are their rules, just deal with it. Also - this is a cocktail bar - Cocktails everywhere nowadays are not really cheap. And again - this is a cocktail bar - there is limited food because it's a cocktail bar. The food they do have though is good... Come in with the right expectations, and you'll love those place.

My boyfriend and I met up with friends here right when they opened around 3 PM on a Saturday. It got busier around 4, but we staff was super attentive and we didn't have to wait long to get our orders in. The food was good (we got tacos and chips), but the drinks were GREAT. I got La Dona and another drink (I can't remember the name) - but whatever drink you DO get - it's going to be good. 10/10 recommend for drinks.

We were looking for a cute bar with appetizers to spend a little time on a Saturday night and stopped in here. It's a cute small bar with a Dia de los Muertos theme. They had a decent selection of drinks and a small menu of food. We had the arrachera nachos which were so incredible-the best arrachera I've had in a while and homemade chips. We also had the quesadillas. The homemade salsa that came with the quesadillas was out of this world amazing. For drinks we tried the strawberry margarita, the la Calaca cocktail, and the la Diabla cocktail. The strawberry margarita was good and you could taste the fresh strawberries throughout. The La Calaca was unique with notes of cucumber and mint and was incredibly refreshing. La Diabla was a simple cocktail but was good. The service was great and overall we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back for nachos and drinks in the near future!
